We cannot say enough wonderful things about South Shore! Everyone is friendly, loving, attentive, and responsive. Our Caliber absolutely loves her visits there, even when she is sick… we only want the best for our girl and are so thankful she was accepted as a patient. TOP NOTCH!

South Shore is awesome! I was able to get a same day appointment and they even spoiled my other dog that insisted on tagging along! They give lots of love and treats! Absolutely worth the drive from. Topeka!

They've been good to our animals and have helped us to keep them healthy. They are kind people and we're grateful for their passion for animals. We highly recommend this vet.

Our family is so impressed by the loving and personal care our pet received! The facility was so clean, up to date, and professionally run! Reasonable and upfront costs, so no surprises. We’re relieved to find a trustworthy vet, with having moved to the area and needing a new vet!!!

BIG thank you to Dr Roy and her staff for allowing me to drop off my dachshund on a Saturday then working her in. We were camping at the lake when she injured herself and was literally shivering with pain. In addition to our primary concern, Dr Roy communicated with our vet back home, took care of suture thread that never dissolved from a previous surgery as well as discovered tumor regrowth which we can get taken care of while small. Knowing I was at the lake with poor signal I was given the wifi password in case I needed it. These folks really went above and beyond. All of this care for a non-established patient, on a Saturday with 3 meds was barely over $100. Very very impressed!!

A VERY nice place to help animals of all kinds! The new building is very well laid out and functional. The employees are very concerned and caring of both patients and families.

We loved the vet and staff! Truly appreciate the terrific care and the time they take to listen to our concerns. The vet takes time every visit to educate me on what's going on with my dog, gives me options for treatments/tests/medications and is extremely easy to work with. I feel like my dog is treated like a family member. Highly recommend this place for your fur family!

Everyone is caring and very nice. They listen and discuss options for treatment. This is the first vet that Rousey doesn't mind going to.

My dog Bruce and I had the best experience at South Shore animal hospital! They were so caring and made me and my boy super comfortable. I'm so glad we found them!

Very kind staff, we took our little kitten in with a big problem and they fixed him right up, he is a happy healthy big boy now, without their help he wouldn't be. So thank you to them.

I just wanted to let everyone at South Shore know how much I appreciated everything they did for me and my cat last week . My cat is usually not accepted at my last vet office … she is spicy they say🥰. So we had not gone recently due to our really bad experience at our previous vet. My cat was 17 years old and woke up early morning in a bad way . They worked me in as a new patient to help put her down. I don’t think they could have been any better or nicer!!! It made a really hard day a lot better . Today I came home and received a sympathy card and it was super sweet!♥ I work in the dental field and I understand how important customer service and genuinely caring is and they were top notch . Thank you again South Shore for being there for my family .

Dr. Roy and her staff are so wonderful, caring and knowledgeable and I recommend them to everyone I know! They have seen my pets through good times and bad and I know they are always in good hands here!

The support, care and compassion we receive from our vet family at Southshore is absolutely wonderful! Through the life and death of our fur baby through the puppy stage of our new one I can’t imagine better care! For them AND for us. Dr Roy and Heather have taken amazing care of all of us and we love this vet family!! Wouldn’t take them anywhere else ❤

We are so thankful for the staff here! We had a dog get attacked by our other dog and our normal vet wouldn't see her as it was late on Friday. South shore took one look at her and new she wouldn't make it back to the emergency clinic in Topeka. That stayed until 9:30 to do an emergency surgery. They took absolutely amazing care of her, and we could not be happier. Will definitely be coming back to here with our animals. The staff is so caring and knowledgeable. Our Annie says thank you!

Dr. Roy is an incredible veterinarian, she was so sweet and loving to my Charlie boy. She also answered any and all questions I had, making sure I was well informed. This will definitely be my new home vet for all my animals!

We love this clinic. They have a wonderful staff and treat you and your pet like family. Their prices are incredibly reasonable and they are very thorough with diagnostics. They have taken excellent care of our dog and she is acting more like she did when she was younger. Can't say enough great things about them! Dr. Roy is amazing!!
