Couer d'Alene Park Campground

Had a great day exploring the shoreline with my son, daughter-in-law and 2 grandsons. Nice spring day...we celebrated Easter early, hid some eggs, found some fossils. The shoreline was family friendly and we loved the little park! What a happy day!!!

Couer d'Alene is a great park for family outings. Most sites have great views of the lake, there is a playgound and lots of green space within the campground. There's even a real-life happy tree ala Bob Ross' Joy of Painting. :)

All the sites in the upper loop have electricity but a handful on the outer perimer don't have water. It seems to me it would be pretty easy and not too costly to run a water line to those sites, which would be a big improvement.

Great sites here...plenty of shade in most sites. Pull thru &back in sites as well. The camphost is awesome & helpful. We have the fhk site...and its great. The oull thru site is 80%level side to side from to back about the same. Plenty of room for any size rig.

We stayed here for a long weekend. Clean bathrooms and showers, playground for kids, plenty of shade, and access to water.

Great site! Bathrooms were well kept and most sites had good shade trees. We booked with recreation.gov and it was very easy to make changes to the reservation. We are repeat visitors and haven’t had any complaints.

Great camping shower areas great scenery good fishing trails to explore

We love staying here. Close to showers and has a playground. Also has a volleyball court. What we like also is that we can tie our boat at waters edge and walk up to our camper.

A beautiful Oct weekend and park is empty of people.

Great spot with a secluded beach in the shade spot - we spent all afternoon fishing and floating 🙏 there were a million spiders but it's outside lol 🕷🕷🕷🕷🕷

Good place to camp but could be a little more level front wheels up in the air

Campsite 23. Only downside was the super bright lights on the dam. Would've chosen a different site had I known, but I still enjoyed it.

Has a swimming beach, boat ramp, campground (utility hookups and primitive available and there is a centrally located playground and showerhouse), hiking trails, and two other playground areas near two reservable pavilions.

Always a great time. Beutiful views, well maintained, friendly staff, clean bathrooms and showers..lots of memories made.
