Holiday Inn Express & Suites Chanute, an IHG Hotel

Great, clean hotel with friendly staff. The lobby has plenty of room for small group meetings with an outdoor patio attached with a gas grill and many tables. Great place to work on laptops or take conference calls for the digital nomads. Breakfast is served in the morning. Easily accessible by Highway 169. The only downsize is that not many walkable attractions, restaurants, or other things to do are near. There is a walking track across the street at the high school

The rooms are standard fare but nice and clean. Props to the cleaning staff. This professor gives this hotel an A-

Our room was amazing very clean, hotel staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Right off the highway, but not loud, right down the road from walmart. Next door to loves gas station.

We arrived on Friday 10/20/23 the lady at desk was super nice & friendly! The only thing that went wrong was fire pit not working & that's one of the reasons we stayed there for kids to do s'mores. But other than that everything was good!

This is a beautiful and modern hotel. Large, soft beds. Breakfast buffet includes eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cereals, pancake maker, and juices. The front desk folks are helpful and congenial. I absolutely recommend you stay here!

We have stayed here a few times. This location is convenient for me and my family to stay in while visiting family in Humboldt. The hotel is fairly new so everything is in good order. This location lives up to the Holiday Inn Express brand.

Only hotel in town but doesn't disappoint.

This place is wonderful! It is the nicest hotel in the area. The facilities were new, bright, and clean. The decor is lovely, comfortable, and inviting. It is in a great location and is convenient to stay and visit family in nearby towns. Our room was amazing! Heat worked well; refrigerator was a good size; vanity was a nice size; desk and TV table area were large and could hold 2 small, open suitcases. This hotel is a little more earth friendly in that they do not have travel size bottles. They have a dispenser of 3 products on the shower wall.
Breakfast was delicious too. We enjoyed the pancake machine, oatmeal, sausage, and especially the cinnamon rolls! We stayed for 3 nights and were so pleased and happy that Chanute has such a comfortable, new, and very nice place to stay. We have family in the area, and we definitely plan to stay again when we come to visit.

The rooms were clean, and the suite was spacious enough for myself and three children to run rampant. The pool was clean, if crowded, and I never saw the towels run out. The service overall was exceptional. Helpful, friendly, and happy staff.

Excellent Excellent Excellent! This has to be the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Spot on… staff friendly, accommodating and on top of their game. I wished I could take the hotel with me for when we stop next! Kiddos to Holiday Inn for achieving excellence!

My friend and I are staying here a month for travel nursing. Stephanie, one of the receptionist, is SO very helpful and nice. She is making our visit so special. Rooms are nice and clean. Quiet. Breakfast is wonderful!

Bathroom large Great water pressure and temp. Hot. Can't wait to get back in the area of Chanute KS. Great workout room and laundry.

As a IHG diamond elite member I was hoping I could stop in, in the middle of a road trip from one IHG hotel to another to take a zoom meeting without needing to book a room. I was greeted with a smile and warm welcome. I sat in the breakfast area to join my zoom meeting. It is an out of the way location but has great Wi-Fi they even had coffee and cinnamon rolls at 3:00 in the afternoon. It's an awesome place with awesome people. if I'm ever stopping here or close by this will be my spot. Thank you for the hospitality.

The ppl who helped me Stephanie R. And vicki were lovely ppl very nice and helpful. My room was wonderful the bed was like sleeping on cloud they have walk in showers.great breakfast and they have a deck with fireplace outside and heated swimming pool it was all wonderful. I loved my experience will stay there again.

Nice and new Holiday Inn Express. Friendly front desk staff and nice amenities for the price. Breakfast was standard freebie fare, with better than average coffee and worse than average baked items (very dry and stale tasting blueberry muffin). Still, I stayed there for the room more than the food, and it delivered a quiet comfortable room to unwind and sleep.

Still checked in and loving this place. Pool is awesome, even if the water is chilly. Breakfast is amazing. A lot to choose from. The rooms are very comfortable. The staff is very friendly. Will be here until tomorrow and will definitely stay here on our next visit to Chanute.

This is one of the best hotels to stay at anywhere! I will ALWAYS stay here any time I go somewhere! Rooms are White glove clean and bedding was fresh. Room service is on point as well as all staff members. Breakfast has such a verity that there is literally something for everyone !

I have now stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions while working in chanute. The hotel is very clean and well-kept, the front desk staff is extremely helpful. The rooms are nice, I enjoyed the walk in shower, and the hotel itself is very quiet at night. They serve an excellent breakfast in a very clean dining room. I will be staying at this hotel whenever I work in chanute.

Checked in with Austin at about 4:30pm on June 26th, 2019. Didn't have a room booked yet and he quickly accommodated me. Was great to have a short conversation with and made some nice local recommendations for me. Nice job, Austin! Very new and clean hotel as well.

It was a pleasant surprise to find this place pretty much in the middle of no where. Very clean and the beds are... OMG awesome. I stay in motels 4 to 5 nights a week, and I can’t remember one that I was so pleased with!!!

Super clean hotel, very friendly folks working here. The breakfast was amazing. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip.
