Very great customer service very helpful and always available to help with questions about a product and also goes out of way to make sure you are happy with your service. The lady that helped us get new service has checked up on us a few different times to ask if we needed anything or had any questions about our phones

I always get fast, friendly service. Get personal calls from local reps when our phones are close to upgrades.

It's a place that does the job

I have been a customer for a few years. The store local to me, can be pretty slow. I get good service once I am being waited on. But if there is another customer in the store be prepared for a lengthy wait. I went in 1 day there was surprisingly 3 staff members in the shop, and 1 customer. All 3 looked up at me. NOT 1 of them, said hello, or we will be with you in a bit. And q even walked away. I waited between 10 to 15 minutes and still hadn't gotten any acknowledgment. I left pretty frustrated. I live in a rural place, and the coverage they provide beats the others hands down. But the staff honestly I have some problems with.
