Lyons Inn

I don’t review often but this deserves one. From the moment we got to Lyons Inn, to when we left, we were treated so well. The one man staff was taking care of at least 20 rooms and treated everyone as individuals and made us feel at home. The rooms were well kept, temp controlled, and clean. The manager made sure everything was good once we were in our rooms and even aided us with tea and entertained my daughters with origami, as one was not feeling well from the crazy dust storm that rolled in when we were there. We had a great experience and will definitely be staying again when we come in town again. This location is super convenient with a grocery store, gas station, Mexican restaurant and breakfast joint within walking distance.

We have had the need to stay at a hotel multiple times since moving to Kansas. Once while we were moving between houses and then a couple other times when our new house had repairs done to it and we couldn’t be in the house. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very nice size, always clean, great tv channels we haven’t stayed anywhere else since then and probably won’t if we ever need a hotel we will undoubtedly use and recommend the Lyons inn to everyone.

Owner could not have been nicer and more helpful. Rarely write reviews but when someone goes above and beyond, got to. Pleasant, clean, happy to stay if ever I pass through again.

We had read the excellent reviews for this hotel and it did not disappoint. The hotel is in an excellent location, is very clean and the rooms very spacious. I traveled with two of my teenage kids and we had much more space than a typical hotel room would have provided.

I was born and raised in this town, but we use this hotel. Every time we come back to visit family and they are very accommodating and friendly best prices in town.

I really liked this place. Affordable and a call back to nice family-run businesses. Owners are friendly and accommodating, the rooms are clean and decently appointed. Close to a couple good restaurants as well. Recommended.

Nothing fancy, but a nice and pleasant hotel. The room was clean. Check-in was fast and easy. Owner was polite and pleasant. He asked me about our stay. Nice place for the price. Not currently serving breakfast, but was told this on the front end.

When we walked into the room it smelled good, no oder. The room was very clean and there was plenty of towels. The bathroom an shower was very clean. The beds was very comfortable. Me and my husband had a great stay and we will return again. My husband said the staff was wonderful and very friendly. Thank you for the clean room.

Owners are friendly and very nice. I have been coming to Lyons for almost 3 years. Rooms have always been very clean and comfortable! I've seen lots of improvements being done. And the price is great.

Hotel was good! It’s what you expect from a hotel and the service was good as well, the owners were great people very friendly and I wouldn’t mind staying here again!

I was in town for a funeral. The staff were very nice. The room was very clean and the new flooring looked awesome, installed by one of the owners himself. Beds were very comfortable. I would stay here again.

Great stay I stayed for two night. I was dropping off my son to his college.i arrived super late 3am however the woman owner greeted me with a huge smile very nice.Gave me the room Key along with the breakfsst info.i thanked her and my son and myself went to bed. Shower was clean bed clean.The next morning both owners asked how my night was. I stated great. Very nice and friendly..Going back when I go visit my soon for football games.. thank you for the great service..

Excellent!!! Way beyond my expectations. My room was newly remodeled, smelled fresh and clean, and the beds were comfortable. Super nice staff all around and blazing fast Wi-Fi (4MB/sec)! If ever I pass through the area again no question this is where I will stay. A++

Very clean, wonderful service, delicious breakfast, clean wood flooring instead of nasty carpet, plenty of towels, remodeled, cable, great speed on wifi, laundry service, plenty of parking near door, affordable price, home like feel.
We were in a snow storm and they held a room for us until we got there and they even had the heat on for us so we could warm up right away.

Very clean place and very well kept. Room was very clean and neat. Bathroom and shower was clean. Nice family, who was extremely helpful. We would recommend this place to anyone staying in Lyons.

Been here for a week for work . The room was very clean, and it said no smoking and was happy that the room didn't smell like cigarettes thank you management The bed was amazing, best sleep ever .

The new owners are replacing everything head to toe. They want everone to feel at home, which i did. Im impressed as they clearly had a ton of work to do. The prices dont refelect the changes, therefore it's a great deal. Id take this over a corporate chain anyday. Great people good service. Great roadside spot. Also please note a lot of the neg reviews are from other businesses in the area and are Very biased against the Indian owner. Also some of them are postes by rival hotels w issues of there own. This is not a 5 star place. Its a solid roadside inn.

Very clean and comfortable. Owners were helpful and accomodating. Parking was excellent, and it felt welcoming.

The rooms were very clean and modern and the owner and daughter were great. I'd stay here again if ever in Lyons again
