Great food and service. The smoked sausage links were amazing. Bought a chocolate pie and it's so good. The crust is light and flaky.

EXCELLENT FOOD AND GREAT SERVICE!! Stopped in for lunch. Had a turkey sandwich and corn nuggets. Turkey sandwich was on fresh baked bread, turkey was pulled turkey not lunchmeat, cheese was freshly shredded, and everything was grilled so perfection. Oowy goowy goodness. Truck parking is available, so I will be stopping again in the future.

Wonderful staff so upbeat and friendly.
The pies were amazing and the sweet roll was as big as the to go container and not the small one but a big plate size one and they let you pick which one you want.
The price was the only thing I disagreed with, I thought it should cost more, never thought I would say that. lol

This is absolutely one of my family's and my favorite places to visit and dine. The food has always been amazing and the people are lovely. I come here as often as I can and we like to come here to celebrate a family members birthday. Highly recommend.

Not a bad meal to be had here. Steak was cooked to perfection. There are so many choices for entrées and so many different sides. Just be sure to order something with their cream gravy, it's tremendous. You really shouldn't leave without a piece of pie either. The peanut butter chocolate cream pie was out of this world!

The food is delicious, hefty (be cautious of portions), the people are incredibly polite and helpful. I do not like pie but someone told me I had to try it. I had the Pumpkin Pie and it was the best bakery item I have had in a long time, period. If you have a pleasure of having Heidi as a server you are in good hands.

Large portions! Excellent service! Cute little shop while you wait :). We enjoyed the corn nuggets, chicken salad sandwich, and kids fish bites. Our waitress was above and beyond with service! We’d love to eat here again sometime.

Loved everything about this place! Food, service, and atmosphere were amazing! We just drove by on our way to Wichita and chose to come back and check it out on the way back to Hutchinson for Softball. I have heard nothing but good, so we tried it. And the Pies were out of this world. Oh, and the price was nice on my wallet, which helped this single Mom out.

Great place to get down home food. Everything was delicious. Corn fritters are amazing, chicken fried chicken with mashed taters and green beans are phenomenal

If you want to eat a home-cooked meal, this is the place. Really good food. You'll wait a little longer than normal for the food because it's made fresh, so be patient. Bread comes with each meal and a healthy portion of honey-cinnamon butter.

I love this place. It's not "high cuisine" nor is there much variety, but it's friendly, comfortable and clean. The chicken fried chicken is one of my favorite meals. The fried chicken is plentiful and good. The pie and cinnamon rolls are good. There is a nice little gift shop. It's a fun excursion.

Food was absolutely delicious, and served in much bigger portions that I expected (which my boyfriend said was a good thing because he knows I don't eat nearly enough, and if I had known, I naturally would've asked for smaller portions)!! I was grateful for the leftovers later! Anyway, I don't remember her name, but our waitress was amazing!! She was so kind and patient when it took me awhile to figure out what I wanted to order! The store in Carriage Crossing was really cool as well!! We spend at least an hour exploring everything in there, and ended up buying several things! It was very enjoyable, the whole experience was! Definitely will come back in the future, probably a lot!!

My girlfriend and I went here to celebrate our birthday's. We had an excellent meal. The fried chicken is fabulous and do not leave here without the pie and or plate sized cinnamon rolls. Very friendly staff and super cute gift shop!

Five stars are not enough to rate this wonderful restaurant. The parking is ample and when you walk in the door you are enthusiastically greeted by the staff and seated immediately. The menu is so big , there is something for everyone, but please don’t skip the fried chicken . Everything was excellent and the service was attentive and not intrusive. The plates were heated !!! and a visit to pie case will make your mouth water ! And don’t forget to take home some cinnamon rolls the size of your head . They also have a charming gift shop where you can purchase homemade jams and jellies and baked goods. So if you are on the road and want to have an excellent meal and experience the local hospitality please stop in .

Phenomenal first experience. Large restaurant, they were quite busy but service was friendly and quick. I had the ham steak, mashed taters, and carrots. Hands down the best ham steak and cooked carrots I've ever had. My wife got the 8 oz KC strip and she said it was amazing; no steak sauce needed. Anyone who doesn't give this place 5 stars is looking for something to complain about.

Had a wonderful time! A little off the beaten path when you are driving through Kansas but Carriage Crossing was a great place to stop and rest. The service was great, the people were friendly, and the food was delicious. Everything had a nice, quaint, and homey feel to it. If you’re in the area, stop by!

My first experience at Carriage Crossing was lackluster, but I was encouraged to try it again. I sure am glad I did because they really nailed it the second time around. The service was fantastic. The food was home-made and served hot. We even had leftovers to take home, which we looked forward to eating the next day. And on our way out we brought a cherry pie with us. Absolutely delicious! Thank you Carriage Crossing for taking such great care of us! We will definitely be back!

Best steak I've had in a while! Everything was so fresh and delicious, staff was very friendly. Highly recommend. I usually order a blue rare steak expecting to get rare, but went ahead and ordered rare expecting medium rare. This steak was perfectly cooked, and flavored expertly! Must try!
