H.I.I. Mobile Home LLC

I stopped in there to pick up a few odds and end pieces for a mobile home that I was working on. I called out to hii because they're the local mobile home parts dealer and mobile homes often have specialty items that can only be purchased from a mobile home dealer. They had every single piece you could ever dream of and some.

There was a guy named Jim and his son working there. They got me everything I needed for much less than I expected and couldn't have been friendlier.

I've worked here many years, and we've always treated everyone with dignity, and respect. We have had countless times when customers have paid us with bad checks that they never even tried to cover, and we're always polite and professional!! The review on here from " shark chick" is a bad check customer from 19 years ago, she never paid us one cent!! Once our company art by contacted her she put a bad review on here; go figure!

Awesome company! They came and worked with us on everything. Fixed the house after a bad wind storm. Awesome couple and great work provided!

I know these people to be honest,dependable and quite easy to deal with. They know their business. If there is ever a problem with something they do, they do everything to correct it. Easy to contact, friendly folk.

I have rented from them for over two years, wonderful to rent from. I would highly recommend them to rent from and and any service they provide. Five stars.

Not only is the owner a crook, but so is his own family! They will sell you a home and then set it up on haydites which crumble.
I would never recommend them to anyone.

hes a very bad crook to sell mobile homes that were condemmed and never pay your money back to the person my trailer they sold me almost caught fire and was condemmed 3 times i had no where to go

I rented from these people in Newton Kansas. The heater didn't work and they said they wouldn't fix it because it wasn't their responsibility but I could pay him to come out and fix it. They left myself my girlfriend and her two young children in there with no heat so we moved. They tried to sue me for 5200 in back rent and damages including fixing the heater. I retained an attorney and they got beat in court. He is a crook and don't let the praise the Lord on his sign fool you .

Worst place I have ever lived was their mobile home park in newton off of 12th st. first they seemed nice and friendly and said everything worked in the house, but when we finally got all moved in our heater didn't work so I called them well guess what they said it wasn't covered under any warranty or anything and our kitchen faucet and bathroom shower wasn't working and they didn't fix that either so I had to fix everything my self which is fine if I new that I would of had to do that before I moved in the house and now they want to charge me more then 400 dollars for a water bill that only had 2 people in the house I think not plus I gave them more then 30 days notice before we moved out and they didn't give use our deposit back which we left the house in a lot better condition then we moved in at. so long story short NOBODY should use these CROOKS for anything

Buyer beware!!! If I had to do it over again, I wouldn't buy from them!!! Didn't level home right from the beginning. Now floors are warped and falling thru them. ********************************************
I am the lady from Haysville area. You and your crew was too busy with other properties to level mine properly. You would only come when it was late in the evening. It wasn't set up correctly from the beginning. Jim, I trusted you to do the job and correctly. Now I am left with a unlevel home and warped floors. If you are willing to rectify the situation would greatly be appreciated. ****
