I had an appointment to repair a filling and was promptly attended to by Dr. Lee. He was exceptionally courteous and gentle throughout the procedure, ensuring I was comfortably numbed. Despite having highly sensitive teeth, I felt no pain at all, a stark contrast to previous experiences with other dentists. The entire process was completed in under an hour, and once the anesthetic wore off, I found the filling to be perfectly aligned. Given my 15 years of experience as a dental assistant, I can confidently say that Dr. Lee is an outstanding dentist. I will certainly return for future appointments and will enthusiastically recommend him to friends and family.

Very happy with Dr. Palmer and his staff. I had a tooth that was killing me. He has a great chair side manner. Very relaxed atmosphere. His assistant was wonderful. Stayed with me from start to finish. The tooth he had to pull was a real challenge. He didn't back down! A lot of dentists send you to an oral surgeon at the drop of a hat. Not Dr. Palmer. They are also so helpful and patient about insurance and waiting periods. I am very glad I finally took several friends advice and went there. Thank you for doing what you do!! Highly recommend!!

I could not be more pleased with my dental implants from Palmer Dental Group. The entire staff is professional and conscientious. Appointments are well-scheduled which respects the patient's time. My two front teeth were knocked out by my pup and Dr. Palmer did an excellent job of giving me comfortable and natural looking replacements. They gave a written price quote. I am very pleased with Dr. Palmer & his staff. My visits with this office have been the most comfortable pleasing experiences I’ve ever had for dental care. Their business practices are spot on (recalls, reminders, easy scheduling, billing are all excellent) and the care you receive from Dr. Palmer is top notch. He takes his time and he is a true professional. He doesn’t rush the injections & they are absolutely painless!! He is also a master at his trade and cares about his work. He takes his time to ensure he’s happy with the result before sending you out the door. Additionally Dr. Palmer supports our troops. He is a top referred Dr. by McConnell AFB for military members to receive treatment. I could not be happier with this office & Dentist! Thank you!!

I have dentophobia and I haven't been to the dentist for over five years because of my fear. Unfortunately, I waited until my teeth were beyond saving to go in. Dr. Palmer and his staff, (especially his right hand woman) saved my smile. They're very professional, caring and gentle. I had such a good experience and I plan on having regular cleanings. Went to Dr. Palmer to have all four of my wisdom teeth removed at once. I was a little nervous because of how much people hype this surgery up and have dry sockets and etc afterwards. Well to say the least I can’t tell if my teeth were just that easy to pull or if he’s that good of a dentist because I had relatively no pain at all afterwards.. But I’m leaning towards he’s just a good dentist because my luck is never that good haha 5 stars all the way!!

My friend had some serious work done on her teeth here. She said Dr Palmer was amazing! I had a tooth going bad and it got infected, so she took me to see him. We just walked in and took me right in. He was great! There was more than just pulling this tooth out. I never felt the shots for numbing me up.(first time ever not feeling like I'd come out of the dental chair) Due to infection it would not numb up completely, and he warned me it wouldn't, but I wanted it out! The man had a job getting it out! He was fast and gentle getting the difficult tooth out. I will be recommending Dr Palmer to everyone who needs not just a good dentist, but rather a great dentist!! I will be going back for the rest of the work I need done.

Our family has been going to Dr. Palmer for approximately 15 years. The doctors are great and so are the hygienists and office staff. I would highly recommend!

Has a piece of tooth broke off. Called one day, went in the next. Dr Palmer fixed me up. I should give 4 stars because that dang shot hurt really bad.... But that's not their fault Lol.

Front desk ladies were so helpful and beyond amazing!!!!! I highly recommend them to anyone! They are not after just money! They truly want to help and they listen. Everyone there was so helpful and friendly!

The hygienists are so good with kids! And they have been handling my orthodontics very well.

Like the doctor but watch out for the cost. Ask for out of pocket and was given 5000.00 after insurance for two implants but then after they started it was 7,500.00 saying insurance would not cover one of the teeth. I ask cost up front so I could budget for them. They said money had to be paid. Then after that it was another fee. So never know how much it will really cost.

So they are a tooth factory basically. Never been here you will need a deep cleaning that we can’t do for at least 4 months. We won’t clean your teeth now because you need a DEEP cleaning even though your insurance probably paid for it.They were nice enough but really your getting charged for a cleaning but they won’t do it until they get more money. I went back to my old dentist which I should have from the start.

I’ve gone to Palmer Dental for 22 years, since I was 2, NEVER AGAIN.

When scheduling an appointment, I provided new insurance information over the phone, and again when checking in. No one cared to mention the insurance I have is out of network. So, I had my appointment, scheduled an appointment for wisdom teeth removal and left.

When I got the $400 statement for a cleaning, I was told “it’s your responsibility to know what coverages you have.”

Fine, but ANY other office would have let me know.

As it turns out, this seems to be common practice for them. While searching for a new provider, I was warned about their tactics and you should be too.

The hygienists here are usually pretty good. I have been going to this location off and on for 20 years, but the last few years the service has declined. When they call to confirm appointments, instead of starting the conversation with the name of the business and their name, they start it by asking if this is "your name," which this is not good as so many telemarketers are calling nowadays. Last time I went for teeth cleaning my gums were cut by the cleaning tool, and you never get it at your scheduled time, they seem bad with time management as well. The last two visits I did not get taken back until 20-30 minutes after my scheduled appointment. New building is nice, but would rather have good service, than a new office. Update: 06/09/22 This is the second time the office has over charged me. How hard is it to look up my insurance and make sure I only pay what is not covered? Followed up again today, they told me they called someone not on my account to find my contact information which was unauthorized by me. My insurance policy is only in my name no reason to call anyone other than the policy holder and payer/payee. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I have had to follow up multiple times after my insurance says the paid for the services fully and they had me pay for them too. After nearly 30 years with one office, this relationship is coming to an end.
