Omg. To say I was TERRIFIED after reading these reviews would be an understatement. I ordered last Thursday and then Friday I googled to see where there might be locations of this company just out of curiosity and I stumbled upon these reviews. I DO NOT usually spend this much money on myself so that made the whole situation even scarier. All weekend I was scared they would never come or they would be fakes or the wrong size or the wrong boots or something. BUT they arrived today right on time and THEY ARE AMAZING!!!! They are first of all gorgeous, also the size is perfect, and the smell! Ahhh the sweet leather smell. These are quite possibly the best shoes I have ever owned and I may quite possibly never remove them from my feet. I am IN LOVE. ❤👢 I have no idea why so many other people had such bad luck but I just want others to know that it all worked out for me. The price was also incredible, definitely the best I found after searching many sites. So hopefully this company has changed the error of their ways and other people will start to have success stories like mine.

Beautiful quality clothing. Ordered 5 items including boots. Each item was made with superb material and fine craftsmanship. Clothing is very reasonably priced and their customer service was prompt in responding to questions. I will be a repeat customer and certainly recommend them to all.

Don't rely on what they say they carry but they do have large selection.

Ordered a pair of Roper booties and received a pair of Twisted X moccasins!
Customer service tried telling that I can return the item and I would receive a refund, less a $10 shipping fee.
HA!
I'm not paying $10 for something that was the company's fault.
They ended up waiving the fee. {would have given 3 stars because the customer service at that point was okay}.
Then once they received my return, instead of issuing the refund they resent another item the exact same day {my original order took longer to ship so I highly doubt they pulled the correct order in that short amount of time.}
I had to argue with customer service and threaten to dispute the charge before they cancelled the shipment and issued the refund.
You'd be better off ordering from a reputable site, such as Boot Barn, and having it shipped directly to you. Which is what I should have done in the first place.

This review is before I've even received my order. Very slow to ship orders thus far, it's been a week and it still hasn't even shipped.

I ordered a belt on January 17 - projected ship date Jan 25, delivery Feb 1 - 3. Feb 1 the belt says still processing. I call to find out about the belt. (Their message says their hours are 8 am - 10 pm CST but apparently it's 10 am - 8 pm CST) I'm told it's back ordered and they're now going to cancel my order. Not once did they email or reach out to let me know - they waited until I called them. I paid through Affirm and I'm being told there's nothing they'll do about a refund even though I've already paid 2 payments to Affirm because they only 'pre authorized the charges' and I need to reach out to Affirm myself and see what can be done. This whole thing is a cluster mess of epic porportions. I wish I had looked up reviews before I ordered.

I ordered a hat and they sent me the wrong one. I sent an email and never got a response. I called and customer service was awful. I had to deal with pre recorded stuff before I talked to an actual person. Been a couple weeks now and they still haven’t sent me a return label or a phone call to let me know what I ordered was in stocked. They lied to me and now I’m stuck with something I’ll never wear or use. Shop local. Don’t wast your money here.

I placed an order on May 21 . It’s supposedly was delivered yesterday but I did not get it! I called and I was notable to talk to a live person! So very frustrating! I refuse to order again since you cannot contact a person when you have a problem!!!
