Cody and his team did great. Got my brakes and rotors done on the front axle and it took less than an hour for them to finish. Great customer service. definitely will come back.

these guys really know what they’re doing here. i was greeted at my car as soon as i pulled in the parking lot and all was handled for me from there. whatever they’re paying cody, it isn’t enough because i’ve had the best customer service experience as a woman in a mechanic shop here! he and jimmy talked me through the process and expenses in a clear way i could understand .the fridge area providing free drinks was a lifesaver in this cold, to sip on hot chocolate while getting my car all taken care of. will definitely be saving this location for all my future car endeavors!

I talked to the shop manager about the type of oil he was using . And that I seemed to be low on oil at the end of my 4000 miles . So we talked about the motors that was Hyundia uses and that they were known for using oil and that maybe it would be a good idea to try the synthetic blend the next time I was in . So that is what we are gonna do . I appreciate his knowledge and his time .47th and Broadway .

David was AMAZING! We were traveling through on a roadtrip and we were able to use the bathroom, get coffee and soda, (juice if you have littles), along with superior service. Free wifi as well.

I'll be honest as a sermon on Easter Sunday with y'all. I was plum close to pulling away from The Jiffster f'r the last time after questioning the morals and laurels of summa then fellers that was operating this particular establishment. HOWEVER, Cody and this new crew I been seein' 'round there have been taking care of my whip (2005 Saturn Vue) goin' on 'bout a year orso now. Sure as David ate that lions gizzards, I've see the light! Them boys, nay, them ANGELS of mechanical mercy and know how have melted this ol' bears heart! They've shown my vehicle all the tender love and attention all them Opera books have been saying one sweetheart should show to another. She, for lack of more appropriate pronouns, has never run so goodf'r me. The Lord gave me a Jiffy gift when He lead me to that Lube Crew!

Very professional and quick service. I hadn't used Jiffy for a few years because of pushy up-selling. Was shown my airfilter and told it was fine for a couple more oil changes. Loved that and will probably be back.

The gentlemen that I encountered on 1/23/2023 were courteous and professional, Dennis G and Gerald C ! They listened to my request for an oil change and gave me exactly that! I wasn’t trying to take off from the property because they were telling me lies or trying to sell me anything off their shelves !! My roommate is a mechanic, so I was prepared and he was waiting for me to tell him about the service I received! Very grateful for their help and Betty runs SMOOTH!!
