Everyone was very helpful and pleasant! James was able to find just what we needed and explained the differences in mattress types clearly. When we found our mattress size wasn’t in stock, he quickly found it at the warehouse and arranged for it to be delivered within a few days. I was very impressed with James and the rest of the staff’s positive and upbeat attitudes! The only negative is that their mattresses last years so we may not get the chance to do business with them again anytime soon.

The service that Sakura provided while shopping for a bed was amazing. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. When we finally decided on a bed, we got it within a couple of days. It was delivered on time and in great condition. The delivery team were very friendly. I would recommend Mattress Firm in Derby, KS to anyone.

James, the manager of the Derby location really took great care in meeting all of our needs. He was friendly and wanted to make sure that we were getting what we needed, not just making a sale. We will be back because of his outstanding customer service. I’d highly recommend this location!

Well it was a very pleasant shopping visit. Buying my first mattress by myself. They were very from the time I walked in the door. Told the lady what I was looking for and we got right down to business. She ask me some questions about how I usually sleep, what kind of mattress I have now. I then told her I had just bought a day bed for myself. After about 10 minutes she had me on a very comfortable mattress that I didn't want to get off of. Well I bought the first one! I bought the " Sealy Memory Form medium mattress twin prime". A 10 inch twin mattress. The only thing was I have to wait till Monday to get. Boy am I ever excited to get this mattress. My very first "good to lay on mattress in years". Thanks Mattress Firm Derby, for a very pleasant shopping trip today!

We went to check on beds, not expecting to make a purchase. Was very happy with James providing information and pricing. He made the process super easy and we were in & out in no time. I definitely would recommend Derby Mattress Firm to any one!

I was making phones calls to different mattress stores in Wichita, KS to find my elderly father a new bed. When I called Mattress Firm in Derby and talked with James, I knew I had called the best place. He was caring and answered all my questions assuring me my father would be taken care of.
After a "re-con mission" and talking to Tyrone (James was off that day), Tyrone showed me several options and made a couple of suggestions. The following day I took my 94 year old father to select the mattress he wanted. The store was busy so I wrote my phone number and name on a piece of paper and asked him to call as I needed to take my father home. He did call me that day and I let him know we would be there in the morning to do the purchase thus letting my father time to think.
Upon arrival this morning James was there and Tyrone was at another store. We treated respectfully, professionally and caring. We will recommend Mattress Firm and these two employees to anyone we know looking for a new bed. Thank you James and Tyrone!
