Didn't keep any records of providing services to my home. Insisted they never sold or installed a water heater. Insisted that parts on water heater are only covered for up to 2 years. When I mentioned a 6 year warranty, they told me no that's not on parts. They never registered the water heater, so there was no proof of purchase until I called the company the water heater itself was purchased from out of Bismarck. A different company came and did the work, honored the 6 year warranty and made sure everything was done fairly quickly instead of phone call after phone call to try to figure all this out.

The auto shop has abosultely horrific communication. I have no clue what i owe. When i am able to get my.car picked up etc. It has now been over two weeks since my car broke down. I am not impressed.
