I brought my GHIG 5.0 to this shop. I was bawling my eyes out the whole time. Every phone call, poor guys had to listen to me cry like a baby. 🤣 They got me in within a couple days. They were beyond professional and courteous. Personally, I wouldn’t know what to do with a sobbing woman on the phone but they did great 🤣🤣 I would recommend them every time. I work at Firestone and every single customer(probably 15 customers in the last 2 months) with transmission issues I send to Chance Transmission.

I called spoke with Jay, told him my issues, he then told me to drop truck off to be diagnosed " for free " he told me I needed a valve body replacement and an estimate of cost and when it can be done. My truck was diagnosed and fixed within 26 hours!!! Very professional I'd recommend this business anytime

Myers automotive tried to tell me my transmission went out and was going to charge me $6000 for a new one. Not only that, but then he tried to upsell me on a ton of other things like brakes, rotors, and flushes. I went to chance transmissions and they confirmed that my transmission was OK and it was not the issue. Integrity is everything. I would highly recommend these guys. They are a company you can truly trust.

They kept me informed of the working needing to be done. They did great work, even after a previous owner did a very bad install. 10/10 would recommend.

They worked me into their schedule, checked things out, fixed the problems, and now the car is working like new. It cost a little money, but much cheaper than buying another car. Now this car is running and shifting like new! Thank you all, Jay, the counter lady and the service tech. Job well done!

I received great service from Chance. My Silverado's transmission blew up and Chance replaced it with a rebuilt one. The new one drives like silk. The price was great and they gave an accurate time and price estimate. Very happy with them and I highly recommend them. They are honest folk.

Another shop messed my diff up. Jeff quoted $2700 to rebuild. When they got it in Jeff was honest that it didn’t need rebuilt. It just needed the correct lube. Paid under $200 and I’m super happy. Also had them do preventive maintenance on my trans and still picked it up on time the next day.

Used them to install a new clutch for my 2017 WRX. I bought my own parts for the install. Good communication and price. Local dealership wanted way too much and wanted a diagnostic fee.😒

My vehicle was lat Chance for much longer than I thought it would have been. I did understand the circumstances with Covid and employee short staffed.
Once my vehicle was looked at I got an honest diagnosis of the issue I was having and I received great service to get the issues resolved. Very good company and I’d recommend anyone to go to Chance with their transmission needs.

I stopped in during my lunch break to talk to them about bringing in my Jeep. Jay told me to bring it in that day and even stayed late for me to be able to drop it off after work. They started working on it immediately the next day and had it completed in no time. Then when I got the bill I was even more impressed. Fast work at a great price. Kudos to chance transmissions and service manager Jay for giving great customer service and fast turnaround.

These folks were awesome! They replaced the clutch in my 08 Tiburon. I was able to bring in my own parts and they charged me for labor only. And the labor rate was much better than other places. They were even able to move my appointment up to accommodate me moving out of state. Thanks, Chance! Thanks, Jay!

Courteous, friendly, thorough, and professional. They not only rebuilt my transmission, but found another serious problem along the way and let me know about it, giving me the option to have them fix it while it was in the shop. Had they not found this problem or ignored it, it could have cost me another several hundred dollars to have fixed later. It's no wonder they've been in business so long, and have so many customers. I would highly recommend them to anyone having transmission problems.

Took my Buick in not knowing exactly what was wrong and they gave me a diagnosis of an overhaul transmission. The price was fair and I would have done got it done but the vehicle was not worth putting that kind of money into it. Chance was great they did not charge me for looking at it for me. They are honest people and I will for sure go to them for all of my needs. Thank you for being a great shop and honest shop.

Great stand up people at Chance Transmission. Our shop helped them with some warranty work, Jeff was prompt, honest and great to deal with! We both had a shared goal to get his customer back on the road, we both made it happen. If you are in their area I would recommend this shop!

I just got my truck back today and it runs great! The diagnosis was quick and they gave me several options for rebuilding my transmission. They also discussed some adjustments for towing that would help in the long run. Service was completed quickly and at a fair price. I would definitely recommend Chance to anyone who needs transmission service. They were great to work with and did an amazing job on my truck.

These folks were great from the time I walked in the door until I took the truck home. I never felt that I was talked down to--I don't know anything about repairing a transmission. Especially a transmission that is 53 years old. I was happy to find someone I could trust and do the work. It's only been a few weeks but everything seems to be just fine. No leaks shifts great--works great. A local shop in Derby referred me to Chance, and I am glad they sent me to the right repair company. I need to add that my wife's truck (yes her truck) is a complete restration from the frame up. Her truck was well cared for--not one scratch nothing dirty inside. They took care of this truck. We could not be more pleased.

We took our '05 Suburban to Chances to get the transmission replaced. The shop was really clean and so was my vehicle when I picked it up. Jay was really nice to deal with and the final bill was spot on with the estimate. The wife is back on the road and happy! We highly recommend them...
