Have always given answers when needed and have good rates, service overall!

Everything is good. Auto pay is now activated. Everything is going smooth. Adjuster came out and has listed all the repairs and sent a check to cover everything. Im very pleased with the way things were done.

I enjoy Mr John and Company. Been with them for years. They are like family, if I need anything I just call.

Yes, I am John's wife, so of course I think he is a great agent! But let me tell you why...John is kind, caring and considerate. He works hard for his policy holders and I cannot count the number of times I have heard him say, "I want to review your policies to see that you are getting all of the discounts you are entitled to." We can be out and about on the weekend and if he gets a call from a customer, he answers promptly whenever possible. Sure if we are in church or at a movie, you might have to wait an hour but he will call you back as soon as he can. John has a reputation of doing all he can to provide customer satisfaction. So, yes, he is my husband, but that just means I know him best, and he is a dependable and skilled agent.

I needed *roadside assistance," after placing the call via smartphone application; waiting for 3 hours for a tow truck that was "on its way", I called Jared at his office and he went the extra mile to go through the yellow pages and find a tow company that would come and assist me.
