El Azteca Mexican Restaurant

Very good food, service, and value... only problem is you het huge portions of delicious food! Oh and the margaritas are tasty too 😋

New owners...similar menu, but food is fresher, and portions very hearty for the price. Everything seems cleaner, brighter, and staff is much more friendly than in our previous visits. Huge mexican shrimp cocktail featured plentiful jumbo shrimp and a full half avocado, though a bit on the sweet side. Ala Carte chicken burrito was enormous and stuffed full of shredded chicken and smothered in red sauce. Unbelievable for under $5! Planning on making El Azteca a regular outing!

Ordered chicken quesadilla and asked for extra cheese. The waitress gave me an extra cup of the cheese sauce. I love the cheese sauce.
The new owner is super nice. The chef messed up my order at first but it was replaced fast. She apologized profusely and explained that the chef was still learning the menu.
When talking to the owner she explained the original condition of the place and told us about how she completely deep cleaned and replaced all the equipment.
Smells fresh.
With the old owner it stank badly.
Big improvement for sure. I will definitely come again.

Came to eat here on my birthday tonight, and I can’t speak higher of the quality of the service, the server Christian was really nice, and they brought me a little birthday dessert and honestly I’ve never had better service at any restaurant!!

The building has had a complete overhaul on the inside. Looks Great! The food was so so good and very affordably priced!! The ataff was very sweet and on it!! Will most definitely be a frequent flyer.

My family loves to eat out together once in awhile and we thoroughly enjoyed the food and service! Will definitely be back.

Jalisco enchiladas were so good ! The staff was pleasant and the place was clean. Service was fast! I would certainly eat this dish again ! My friend had the steak tacos and really enjoyed them as well

Excellent service and food but small space and dirty bathrooms. They were crowded with the Friday night rush so we cut them slack in our review. Food came in large portions and wait staff was ever present when our drinks got low or we needed anything. Definitely will be back!

My son says this is his new favorite restaurant and he hopes they can move further north so we can go more often.

Alex at El Azteca hooked us up with a secret desert that may soon come to the menu!!! This is a cheesecake desert that’s nothing shy of AMAZING!! If you love Mexican food and deserts this is definitely a place to stop by. Very polite staff and gets food out quickly!!! With a reasonable pricing why not stop here!!!! Great place!!! A++++

Great service and even greater food. The shrimp cocktails are the best I've had in Wichita area.

We gave this place a try again an let me tell you they are doing an amazing job with there service now. Food was hot fresh an amazing. I was so happy that we decided to give them another chance. Please always try an help these companies when they mess up let them know support the community.

We have to say, it wasn't our best experience! Chips were burnt the first time and she brought more burnt chips out the second time. I asked for very little ice in my drink and it was full of ice. While waiting for our food, another server came out to ask us what we ordered. Asked for more chips, she brought the salsa, but never the chips! We had 1 basket of chips that were edible. I ordered beef chimichangas, but when it was delivered it was chicken. I didn't eat it. They took about $5 off our ticket. We went home and I fixed myself a sandwich!! Definitely not their best service!!!

We were the only ones there. The server waited on us in a timely manner but not overbearing for being the only customers. Seems like a family business. I like that about places. The cook brought out our rice and was very nice. (I thought it came with my meal but it didn't. They didn't make a big deal out of it though) The guacamole was made fresh when I ordered. Yummy! My 1yr old son left a mess, which I hope I tipped well for. But even then, she told me not to worry, they'll clean it. (Lesson learned to wait till he's older for sure haha) The only negative was the tea. It tasted old. I didn't say anything because honestly I forgot. I'm sure they would have made it right though. It was my 1st time there and will probably be back.

Seated quickly,drinks came fast,margarita was good. Food came out quick and tasted good. Looked good. Place was very clean. Server and owner both very nice

First of all great staff, they were very nice. Now the food was very delicious, my parents also liked their food they said it was really good. This place is not expensive at all, and I love that because the food is good and it's a good price. I totally recommend coming here for a quick snack, or even to have lunch with family. I would come here again 100%.

The food was delicious and very reasonably priced! We will be going back! We got the cheese dip to start and it was delicious! Then I got the Azteca fajitas, they were so good. Everything was hot and tasted so good. My husband got the Azteca dinner and everything was delicious plus it will feed him at least twice 😋. You will not regret trying this place!!
