I originally gave Dr. O'Dell's office a poor review on the office not being very thorough on entering insurance information for our family. Turns out Via Christi had computer programming issues that affected many patients insurance information. As for the care she has provided for us over the years has been very good. As long as we can keep going to her for our care we will. And also as we get older we hope to get to know her a lot better.

I have been seeing Dr. O'Dell for around 2 yrs now. I love how down to earth she is, if you have concerns she will talk with you about them.
I would recommend her to everyone looking for a primary.

Dr O'Dell helped me when my previous Doctor failed to. She has also helped my wife during difficult times. You couldn't ask for a better physician.

Great care great service

I’ve been going to Dr. O’Dell for several years now. At first she was very attentive and on top of everything happening with me. However I contracted Covid at the first of this year and was in several different facilities from December 29, 2021 through April 23, 2022. I was released from the hospital after having been weaned from oxygen but my therapist suggested that I have oxygen for my therapy since my O2 dropped when I exercised. On May 2, I saw Dr. O’Dell’s PA and she said that she would call in a prescription for oxygen, however the oxygen company did not get it. That went on for a couple of weeks and then I discovered that I needed to have a walk test to determine if I qualified to receive oxygen. Medicare states that every single person must have that walk test before being prescribed oxygen. Dr. O’Dell should’ve been aware of that requirement from the very first. I continually called and asked about where the oxygen stood and just continue to receive the runaround. I finally got oxygen May 27, almost a full month after having requested it. I still don’t have the small portable unit but I do have a concentrator at home and back up tanks. I have informed Dr. O’Dell‘s staff that I am taking my business elsewhere because I am just so very frustrated and don’t trust her anymore.

Took my Mom for her follow up from having heart surgery. The receptionist "so called" the doctor because we were ONLY 12 minutes late for her appointment.
NOT EVEN FOUR CARS IN THEIR PARKING LOT, ALSO NO PATIENTS IN THE WAITING ROOM and Dr. O'Dell made us reschedule!!!
I WOULD HONESTLY LEAVE NO STARS IF POSSIBLE!!!
