Theurer Auction is reliable and always does their best to provide the best possible description for the items up for bid. They are fair in their initial pricing. They allow a scheduled time for a preview of the items listed, if possible. Their customer service is very personal, first rate and some of the best in the business. Theurer's on site location is clean and organized. I have always felt safe and secure picking items up alone there. I highly recommend Theurer Auction. I have never had to return an item but, I have had to change my time for a scheduled pick up, and they were very accommodating. My credit card had expired, they were very understanding when my payment didn't go through when I thought I had changed the exp. date. I have been bidding and winning bids on Theurer Auctions for several years. I wish all online auctions were as easy, reliable, had as clear of descriptions and we're as clean and as pleasant to work with. If you have not tried online auctions, Theurer's is a good one to try first. Be careful though, not all of them are this great!

Cammy and the team at Theurer Auction/Realty did an excellent job of working with us to sell my mom’s house and the contents. Due to time constraints, the Theurer team had to prepare the house contents for auction while my mom was still in the house. Professional, knowledgeable, dedicated, personal, attentive and responsive. LaKimbra Bladwin clearly goes way above and beyond the norm. Her responses are timely, accurate and always make us feel like we are her only clients. Her knowledge of our local market and ability to price our home resulted in an offer in 4 days. She stayed with us throughout the process leading up to closing and was always there, as a counselor, professional and friend.

She even helped us when we were having home purchasing problems in another state. Although the laws differ, her professional advice was incredibly helpful (on a Saturday, no less) at a time when we were desperate for help. We wish we could take her with us to our new state!!!!!!!
