Joe Wilson has been my agent for the last 3 years. I cannot recommend him enough! He is an incredible agent and has been there for me for much more than only insurance needs. I prefer to do business with someone I can call a friend, and Joe certainly satisfies that requirement.

Joe and his team are outstanding. Joe has my family’s home and auto insurance as well as life insurance. Whenever we need something he is quick to respond and help. Joe has been an absolutely excellent insurance agent for me over the last six years. You won't find anybody around with better customer service – I can promise you that. Whenever I've had an issue (quick question, flat tire, accident), he has been right there to take my call and handle everything immediately.

I came to him with many issues that he made go so smoothly that I couldn't believe it. I was rear-ended, had my doors scratched up, got a flat tire in the middle of nowhere, etc. Every time he was right there to calmly walk me through the next steps and take care of everything he could right away.

I was even at a gas pump once when somebody lost control and hit my car while I was fueling up, and Joe actually happened to be in line a few cars back at the same pump. He got out of his vehicle and started taking care of it right then. It sounds crazy, but that story is 100% true and very indicative of the service you'll get.

He's also just a great guy that will always make your day brighter when you talk to him. I recently moved to the Missouri side of Kansas City and am very bummed that I'll have to change agents because of it. I can't recommend Joe highly enough!
