Friendly and helpful service...

The people that work there give 0 cares if you get your mail. They constantly send back parcels that are even addressed correctly. I have had W2's sent back, credit and debit cards sent back, my tax forms sent back. And their initials were on it to approve it being returned to sender even though I had my P.O Box on it. Lakin really needs new postal workers, those 2 in there now are petty and have really bad attitudes. I end up with other people's mail in my mailbox. It's not like we have thousands of people to sift through here. If I never had to deal with them, I would not.

Horrible customer service. I've had other individuals mail placed in my box and Ive had mine placed in the wrong box also. When confronted, ladies become upset. I lost a package, that THEY placed in a wrong box and they weren't helpful at all . I was basically told that "she didn't remember what she did so I had to contact the company!" Of course the company wasn't going to reimburse me because the mail was indeed picked up (wrong box)!!!!!! They need some lessons and be more vigilant on the work they do. I know I'm not the only person who's mail has been placed in wrong boxes. It confidential.

The lady who works here is very rude management needs to look into this. Horrible costumer Service
