Chicken wrap was stuffed with REAL chicken breast meat…a lot of it. Very good! Garlic curds were also yummy. Staff was quick and polite. Very good stop.

Not very many burger joints left like this. Great food. Great service. Super cool atmosphere!

Stopped here with my three year old while driving through kansas. It's a great little fast food place! Reminds me of a dairy Queen and Sonic put together with a few more things on the menu like fried pickles and okra. Food was yummy and burgers taste a lot like Sonic burgers. Ice cream treats remind me of dairy Queen. (They even have the same set up behind the counter so maybe it used to be one). Great food and the girls were very sweet. Definitely recommend!!! The seasoned fries were delicious and my kiddo loved them!

Very tasty! Large fish sandwich! Everything served to go, all sauces available for self-service. Old-fashioned ice cream treats. Air conditioned, very comfortable and clean. Staff was very efficient. Menu is large... wish I'd ordered the fried okra!

This is a lovely little diner. The food is great and the staff is friendly. It's simple. No frills. We really liked the fries and the chili cheese dog. The hot fudge sundae and shakes are good too.

What a cute diner! Love the retro furniture. The staff was super friendly and accommodating to my gluten free options. Tasty burgers and fries. Lots of available sauces and condiments. We didn’t even have to ask for them. No gluten feee fries as they’re all batter dipped😟. Highly recommend!

Great food, amazing customer service. This is what old school service is all about. Fresh squeezed lemonade, fresh made burgers, fries. Great atmosphere!

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I ordered my food around 830 and told them I was traveling through and wouldn't be there til 930. I got there at 935-940 and said I had a call in order, which was a steak finger basket and order of onion rings, but wanted to add a corn dog for my kiddo and a root beer float as I didn't know they had them when I made the order. I got the order and drove off as I was continuing on my trip. I got down the road and the fries that came in the basket were warm like they made the order at 830 instead of 930, the 6 onion rings that I received were also warm and crunchy as they had sat for a while cooling down, and steak fingers were also below par and didn't even eat them. The only thing that came out got was the corn dog and gravy for the basket. On top of it all I was charged $17 and some change for that. I'm still calling the store and talking to the owner or someone in charge, as the ones working looked like two kids!!! 😡😡😡😡

Good food, the drive through is slower than a chain restaurant but it's good for a little town for sure. Always clean and friendly staff

Was going thru Kansas, saw the diner and stopped. We loved it! The girls working were so sweet! The atmosphere was great, like a soda shop kinda. 50's music and really good food! Their drive thru was non stop while we were there!

Stopped in Lakin to stay the night while on the road to Colorado! This was the best little diner we've been to in a while The! The most delicious green chili cheeseburger and onion rings! Fries were delicious also! 😋

Great little place with 50's flair. We always take our grandkids for ice cream when we visit Lakin.

Great local fast-food place. Kind of reminiscent of a spangles. Bacon burger is really good fresh bacon every time. All food is cooked to order. They serve almost any fried food or fast food item you can think of almost like having the fair in town everyday.

Had the TX cheeseburger was really good. The messy burgers are usually the best. This one lived up to it. I recommend this restaurant.
