Stopped at Bricks Cafe on a whim as we were leaving Colorado, and we hit the jackpot. The place was clean, very welcoming, breakfast served all day, and the food was fantastic!
I had a French dip with fries, and others in my group had chicken fingers, and one had the omelette with pancakes. We were all very pleased! 👍🏻

We found this little gem on the way to Denver. Drove around town looking for a spot to eat breakfast. The building has a lot of character with tin ceilings and front windows. Very clean and the staff were delightful. A business to be supported, for sure! Omelets were great!

Delightful mom and pop restaurant. The gentleman working was very sweet. I got the Sourdough Cheese Burger and my friend got the Turkey Bacon Avocado sandwich. Both were flavorful and delicious. And the texture of the fries here are absolute perfection served with tasty fry sauce.

We were just passing through on our way to the west coast and wanted a sit down local place and the employee at Quality Inn recommended here- glad we stopped! Delicious food! Lunch time we were the only four people so we had the place to ourself. The little boy was friendly with my kids and greeted people when they came in. Great place for families and quick /friendly service! Very little wait time between ordering and eating which is great when you have hungry, impatient kiddos!
We got potato skins as our appetizer, the fish sandwich (cod fillet) with fries and delicious fry sauce, and the brick burger with onion rings. Kids ate up their chicken strips and my daughter got pancakes that came topped with chocolate chips!

Was in an extreme hurry so just had the chef salad… did not disappoint! Pretty good for rabbit food, and a generous portion of ham and a hard boiled egg! Can’t wait to be back here again and sample another dish…

Rene and Maria run a top-notch operation. We had a Cobb salad and a Chicken Caesar. Fresh, fresh ingredients and cherry tomatoes sweet like candy. Very fast service for all tables I observed, including ours. Lovely atmosphere, too. We will continue to stop here as we travel I-70 through Kansas.

The food was served hot, fast, and delicious. We both had the chicken friend steak and eggs which was excellent. Good prices, great food, and a lovely small town atmosphere.

We thought everything was cooked well as seasoned. Only complaint is the burger to bun ratio. The patty was small.

Healthier version of greasy spoon breakfast. Owner/operators are wonderful Hispanic immigrants. They need to offer more international fare, they only had pupusas on the menu, which are delicious, but just a beginning. Friendly staff are bilingual. We loved the old restored building in the heart of a small country town in Kansas, a gem of a find.

I am obsessed with their blackened chicken salad. The Caesar dressing is so GOOD. Super sweet people. Love visiting when I'm home.

the food was all amazing, we did have to ring the bell when we arrived to get help & then when paying, but that was the only “downside.” prices were all reasonable for the amount of food and the quality of the food!

This is now my wife and I's "go to" restaurant in Goodland. Too many restaurants are hit and miss but the bricks is constantly good. The Reuben burger is my fav.

We were looking for somewhere to eat after staying the night in Goodland. Came across this place in downtown. It might not look like much from the outside, but the food is excellent and the inside decor is very nice and rustic. Very good hearty home cooking.

A wonderful restaurant. Breakfast was very good. Service was excellent. Price was reasonable. Very cute inside. Side note. If it were me, I'd freshen up the outside a little. Maybe paint that black trim with a pretty color to make it look more inviting.

This place was great! We were staying at the local campground and wanted a sit down meal experience. It did not disappoint! Everything we had was fantastic and delivered hot to the table. Definitely recommend this small family owned business!

Showed up an hour before close on Friday. Lady working said we could order anything on the menu. Food was fresh and super good. Prices were also very reasonable!

We were visiting my son and his family over New Years. We came to eat here at The Bricks on New Year’s Day just at 11am. She greeted us with a warm smile and helped us move tables together for our large party. The staff was friendly and personable. The food was delivered in a timely fashion. It was warm and delicious. Definitely going to become a regular stop when we come in town!

Highly recommend this establishment! We have traveled thru Goodland a lot and were tired of the fast food options so we ventured into downtown and found this quaint restaurant. The food was excellent! The Reuben hamburger was delicious as were the French fries. Service was great, didn’t wait long for our order to come. Will definitely stop there again.

We were just passing through the town for the night and decided to go to a restaurant that was local and not a chain - supporting the local business. We were not disappointed. The jalapeno burger was worth every bite and the fries were hot and delicious. My husband had the chicken parm and loved it - there was a drop left. If you are on route 70 and want to stop for a bite to eat, go into town and enjoy a lovely meal in a nice environment!

Homemade fresh tasting food. Really great experience.
