A true sandwich shop. These guys are making some incredible sandwiches! Homemade sides, fair prices, this place is hard to beat!

This little sandwich shop is one of those places you will love. I'm a sandwich connoisseur so to speak after running a sandwich shop of my own for the last 22 years and recently selling it. I've been there 4 times now while making trips to southern Oregon or California and back. It's my go to place to stop and eat. It's 30 seconds off the freeway and they are fast. Always a nice crew that cares about the food and the customer. I've even called ahead and they have it waiting for me when I rolled up. They put out an excellent sandwich every time I've been there. The meats and all other stuff are fresh and it's not overpriced. The give you a big pickle spear on the side like an old time deli also and a little bag of chips with every sandwich. I haven't tried the chili yet but will next time. I hear people talking about while waiting for them to build my sandwich and it's sound amazing.

The older short small lady with aline hair cut, idk why you have her working there! We all know what I mean, a dark complected woman with glasses that is kind a of new and a woman that seems very manly (younger) short hair, redish. neither of them know what customer service is or what being polite means! The rest of the team is above and beyond! Go team smitys! As for the game room, idk why but seems like a lot of the local methers from the houseless population that lives in the square of land called Hastings village (ppl wake up this a new style reservation just like they did to us native indigenous people, & and a social experiment, and this is fact too the dealers of this community that pluege it with poison who are able-bodied and incomed, probably more than most of us reading this post that DO work DO live in homes do pay taxes do support those sorts of places and people's, they're better off than us and they are the dealers that are literally poisoning communities for profit that is where they're living with zero quamp or want at all to leave that square of land) seems their frequency of the gaming room is growing. I go there and not to the bars to get away from ppl under the influence of more then the mean green. 💚💚💚💚. Starting to put a bad taste in my mouth for the place and oddly I seem to being confused with these sorts of folk. I maybe nice to them and help the helpless ones, and I've walk next to some of them down this main street head held high. I know me, my truths, and self worth.who I am and what I'm about and stand for.....I know! Do you? Ok then...* Small towns equal small minds and this area proves that true. So dont be so fast to judge without supporting facts to base it off of. Opinion isn't fact! ****I did my homework and suffered from the side effects of the poisons here. It was feed to a loved one of mine. I suffer the aftermath today.... I did my homework!
To wrap it up this place is ok, and the food is good, store please order more uno candy bars ASAP, please. it really is ok, but a few staff replacements and a tougher and tighter zero tolerance to the guilty and poisoned snakes would be a huge improvement of your business. And would make me a happier all around daily customer of your business. (Again imma say, don't be so fast to judge without supporting facts to base it off of, you maybe surprised how wrong you are sometimes) *not bashing just being REAL & HONeST*

Soooo good! Skip Subway and get a much better and similarly priced/cheaper sandwich here and support a local business. The Greek chicken wrap on a hot day was so perfect

I don't usually give out five stars, but this place is deserving. Good sandwiches, good service, and a nice, clean restaurant.

Husband and I stopped on our way up to Washington. He got the Baja chicken sandwich. It has to be one of the tastiest sandwiches I’ve ever had!!! He almost didn’t get it back! I had the BLT which was also delicious. Highly recommend! Great customer service as well

We stop here on our way to visit friends in Oregon or Washington. It is our one planned stop every trip. The food is so good, wraps, sandwiches and other items. Family run and owned. Very friendly and quick service. I highly recommend Smitty’s Deli.

Hannah was a breath of fresh air when it comes to a warm smile and excellent customer service. It was right at closing time but she happily made me a home feel French dip sandwich.
Hannah your warm smile and friendly demeanor really made my evening.

Best deli in town !! Sadly there are new owners and the deli is no longer good .

Great little mini mart, we we're there Saturday 7/25 the lady and the gentleman with pink hair were extremely helpful and nice...i needed that Corona beer you helped me find lol. Great little store, we'll definitely be back.

I got the Greek chicken wrap in a spinach tortilla and it was very tasty. Loved the dressing inside.

Smitty's has the best sandwiches in all of Douglas County. Everytime I'm in Sutherlin I have lunch there. If I know I'll be in town at some point during the day my mouth will start watering in anticipation. I even dream of Smitty's sandwiches. Everyone who lives in the area I tell them, "for the best sandwich there is no comparison to Smitty's!"

If you're looking for a good deli sandwich come to Smitty's. Very fair prices and friendly service. My go to is a pastrami on sourdough. Can't go wrong.
