The place is ok, but I think that the guy who runs the place is very rude. He says you can't hang cards on their bulletin board, then why have it there. He calls me just to tell me that I couldn't,but others can put there cards there ?? Also I have lost money in a dryer before and when I reported it he did bring me my money back walking from next door from the cabins and I told him which dryer it was and he says , oh well. Maybe he should put a sign on the dryer, instead of saying, oh well.And when he calls me to rudely tell me not to hang up anything on the board, he just hangs up on me , wth

if i could leave negative stars, i SOO would. the lady is incredibly rude. we told her the washer wouldn’t work and we called her and left a message to reset it and she never did so we go to put our clothes in the dryer hours later and it was never reset so then we called her again and she basically said she wouldn’t do it, that we had to be doing something wrong but my boyfriend argued with her forever and she sent her son to do it. then later that night she sent a text saying we couldn’t come back and we messed a sign up(i’ll post pics) which we never touched a thing, so we called her and told her to go to the police then and hung up on us. BAD costumer service, bad manors, bad business lady, bad person all around in my opinion. if i was you i would NOT go here. just a heads up. you lost lots of money from us:))

I was just here and there drier ate money and doesnt work. I called both numbers for assistance one sent me straight to voicemail like they dismissed the call and the other no one answered. Plus every time I come it cost more and more money for washers and driers that dont work. It is sad that it is cheaper for me to go to bluff to do laundry than here and my cloths are guaranteed to come out clean and dry.

Worst place EVER and the lady who runs it is very RUDE. Half the time the washers and dryers doesnt work so you have to call the office to MAYBE get them reset and I mean maybe because they dont believe what you say , but they can check the cameras. Then only for the office lady to be rude on the phone . . CHECK CAMERAS LADY BECAUSE I PUT MY MONEY IN IT AND YOUR WASHERS AND DRYERS SUCK . AND THEY DONT DRY VERY WELL WHEN THEY DO WORK.

My visit was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! The second we walked in we were putting our laundry in and the "Manager" came in and told us that when we are done to get our things and never come back and slammed the door! So we gathered our things and put it in the car and I walked to the place he was staying at and asked him why he said that to us? He told us we put a quilt in the washer WHICH WE DID NOT! IT WAS A THIN COMFORTER! Which the signs said no quilts or rugs! He argued with me saying that he didn't want to stoop to my level and that he could've been way more rude than he was but my thing is. Why not say something like "excuse me, no big items in the washer" not "when you are done don't come back" but I'm sorry you've lost a few customers I'll never be back again! 😊
