Bowbells Hotel

What a great renovation these guys have done! We stayed in the Bowbells Suite - a large room with a king-sized bed. It was very nicely decorated and the bed was super comfortable. We'll be back for sure!

My family recently had a family reunion at the hotel (which is under new management). The Lemons, who have the motel now, made our reunion a huge success! They couldn't do enough for us. Mr. Lemon even crawled on top of a t-a-l-l stepladder to take group pictures. He also took pictures for everyone using our phones to do so. Mrs. Lemon was just as accommodating making sure everyone was happy and comfy and had everything they needed.
The place was shiny and spotless. They've revamped the lobby into an area where you can get lunch or dinner. They also serve adult beverages. The food was very good. The prices are fair enough.
The rooms have fresh paint and floors. Our room had a huge bathroom with a shower that had plenty of hot water and pressure. The bed was really comfy - the mattress being the kind that doesn't transfer movement from one side to the other. The decor is tastefully rustic - painted brick outer walls, old doors from the hotel stained and finished repurpoused as headboards... Just absolutely charming! There's air conditioning in every room too.
All in all I couldn't have been more satisfied with any other venue for our family reunion than I was with the Bowbells Hotel. They deffinately added to the success of the weekend. I'd stay there anytime.
Great ambiance, super clean, excellent hosts, comfortable beds, fairly priced, plenty of parking.... I can't think of one bad thing to say about this place!

Very great place to stay. Rooms are great. The bathrooms are huge with great water pressure and all the hot water you want. Best coffee in the world. You'll love the beds. The owners and people we met were so nice.

This place was a unique gem and a warm and cozy oasis when my father and I needed a place to stay! Driving through from FL, we were in major need of a place to relax from the thousands of miles we had drivin. Bowbells hotel was EVERYTHING we could have asked for! The hotel was spotless, the owner and employees were all so friendly, the food delicious, and the service was incredible. There was nothing to dislike! We felt like VIP's during our one night stay. Thank you Shawn and Theresa for such a great experience!!!

What a beautiful treat was it to stay here, can I just say from beginning to end the atmosphere the cleanliness was amazing, how pictures just absolutely don’t do it justice at all Theresa & Shawn have just absolutely out done themselves not to mention they have to be the sweetest people I’ve come across in an long time. Did I mention you can create your own batch of wine from start to finish wow it caters to so much more then that if your ever in the need of just old quality down time with all the amenities check them out you won’t regret it.

Needed a place to stay within a half hr from CBP Portal entry into Canada. Starting a new job and thought a month in a hotel was going to be horrible until I found this gem. OMG what a delight! As you can read on other reviews Sean and Theresa Wynecoop did an amazing job restoring this historical Hotel into a fabulous bed and breakfast Bistro Wine Bar. Very elegant from the woodwork and all the decor in each room.. Amazing. Very clean and meticulously planned out. The food and breakfast smoothies are to die for. Oh and did I mention they make their own wine in their wine cellar. This place is worth staying the weekend even if you live in the town. I will be back.

Newly renovated, this hotel is both comfortable, accommodating, luxurious, and a bit of throwback to an earlier era. The staff if very accommodating to all my needs and the bistro is delicious with many food items to select from. I am so glad I stayed here. 👍

What a great little place with great service and the BEST OWNER OPERATOR'S​ you could ever ask for! Could not have been more rustic and updated with old world charm plus WiFi taboot. Don't miss a stay at this hotel and bistro. The McDonald family from NM
