This is the second time I’ve had my couch cleaned but the first time was with another company. I was very impressed with how friendly, thorough and professional both Jake and Justin were! I’m addition the couch was very clean and looked much better! A massive improvement from the last cleaning. Regardless of how good the product is an employee can make or break a first time customer. We will definitely be a returning customer!

Went the DIY route for carpet cleaning, and it didn't pan out. Jake with Stanley Steemer came in and fixed my errors. The carpet looks great. He was both professional and knowledgeable. I even bought a few products from him for touch ups, based on his advice.

I scheduled a carpet clean for my living room and hallway. Justin and Noah were knowledgeable and got right to work. They did an excellent job removing some set in pet spots. I am very happy with my experience.

I been using Stanley steamers for about 3 yrs and i'm absolutely satisfied with their work! They do a great job! I recommend them for any of your cleaning! This time it was an emergency. My mom is on vacation and she is coming home Sunday. Wednesday night my dog peed in her bedroom. I called Thursday and got them to come out on Friday! Thank God for Justin!
