Very friendly, Christian family. Saved us a lot of money on new tires. Good brand and less expensive than the big box store and tire companies. Will be using them as needed for our auto repairs. Got is in at a reasonable time, they are busy. Work was great. Price was very reasonable. Answered all the questions we had. Highly recommend.

This is the most honest and fair auto repair I’ve ever dealt with. And I am in my 70’s. Bill and Renee are the most professional people I’ve had the honor of dealing with. I dealt with another garage that’s big in the area. I was severely taken advantage of. I won’t name names. God will take care of them!

We were all returning from our family Christmas holiday in Branson, MO when I received a call from my son that he was experiencing car issues. They found this shop and the owners were very warm and welcoming. They quickly identified the problem and within a couple of hours had resolved the issue at a reasonable price. My son and his wife had a 4 hour journey to get their family home, and it was very reassuring to know they were in the hands of professionals. From the way they treated them over the phone to the friendly environment him and his kids felt upon arrival, I would highly recommend this company.

Best option in the Springfield/Ozark area without question. My car broke down because of a bad flywheel. BNR quoted me $500 less than what Midas quoted me, and they still ended up charging me less than what they quoted. They also changed out my transmission fluid. The clutch felt super crispy, so I looked like a fool leaving the parking lot. I was used to a beat up clutch system. Didn't realize how bad it was.

Got recommended by a friend a couple years ago. Been there a few times ( unfortunately) B n R are amazing! They know their stuff inside and out. I know when my car is dropped off that it will be fixed right the first time. They have saved me a lot of money. Best ppl ever and knowledgeable. 5 stars! Thank you guys

I love this place I would almost drive 4 hours out My way when i need to come back! They were so helpful and kind. We had an issue with our vehicle and they resolved it in such a timely and professional manner. I can't explain how grateful i am we found BNR. Can't thank you enough

My entire experience with BNR was excellent. The person I interacted with at the front desk was very kind and had excellent customer service. They were able to get me in on very short notice and identified the issue and fixed it efficiently. Very honest and reasonable and did a fabulous job. I’ll definitely be back in the future and will be using this shop for the other vehicle in my household as well. Couldn’t have been happier with my experience over all.

Visited today to get muffler pipe made for my tractor. Super nice folks. This should be everyone's go to for muffler and automotive type work. Not only are they car repair but also a dealer for motorcycle parts. If you like honest talking people that care about your service needs call them first.

Bill and Renee are the ideal owners of a business because they listen to the customer and truly take an interest in what the customer needs to have done with professional promptness in scheduling an appointment as early as possible and knew without hesitation what the customer needs to have done and quoted me a fair and equitable total package completion cost within 5 to 10 minutes after reading the list of service and inspection requests I presented them. When I left their office yesterday after making an appointment and receiving their estimate of cost I honestly felt I had just been treated like a member of their family and not just another dollar -sign--disguised-customer with a bottomless wallet in the back pocket. It has been quite awhile that such a refreshing absence of customers remorse followed me home yesterday unlike so many regrettable product purchases and less than stellar services paid for but not rendered completely throughout the past 50 miles of my 71plus mile road trip.

Gosh, every time I go here it’s always amazing, great price, great service, fast and friendly. You don’t have to ever wonder if they are doing something sleazy like most mechanics do and marking up parts 1,000,000%. These guys are always straightforward, they find the best solution and are 100% transparent. I never feel like they are trying to do one over on me.

We had a muffler and resonator delete, along with true duals, and 12 inch glass packs done on our Ram 1500. Bill did an amazing job!! It sounds awesome!!! Awesome custom exhaust work! I'm a very picky customer and can rarely say say that I'm 100% satisfied but this time I can say it. If you need exhaust work, this is the place to go. Great people and great work!
