Decided to make a switch recently when I purchased a new home. Davids office made everything so simple and stayed on top of everything through the entire process. They worked very well with my lender and I really didn't have to worry about a thing. Will recommend in the future for sure!

David Dupree- State Farm Insurance has the best customer service I've experienced with any insurance company ever! You always talk to a live person and they are very responsive. They do a yearly review of your policies to make sure coverages are exactly what you want. My homeowners and car insurance premiums actually went down after doing my yearly review. I was pleasantly surprised! If you are shopping around for insurance, put this company on your list!

Awesome personnel! I was looking for the best rate possible for the littlest amount and they went above & beyond to find it for me.

I never thought insurance could be so easy! I was so unhappy with my last company, that I decided to get a quote from State Farm. Pat followed up with me and helped me find the discounts that fit me to find the best rate possible - which was HALF of what I was currently paying. She worked with me during my crazy schedule to get everything done as quickly a d easily as possible! She really stayed on top of it! Since switching, I have also had the pleasure of working with Brad Johnson, who really thrives in customer service! He was very patient when taking time to help me understand some of my paperwork, and later helped me get an issue with my financing company worked out. He works quickly and made what I thought was going to be a nightmare, completely stress free! I am thoroughly impressed with the team here!

David Dupree and his staff have always been responsive, friendly, and helpful. When someone backed into my car at a local retailer, the other insurance company tried to pay a minimal amount toward fixing my car. State Farm went to bat for me, and forced the other company to pay for all of my repairs, including $400 of my $500 deductible.

I have been a customer of David Dupree - State Farm Insurance Agent for many years now. I live in Springfield, MO and started with David Dupree by moving my auto insurance over to him. The experience was so smooth and the service he and his team provided swiftly led me to move my homeowner policy and life insurance over as well. My experience has been so great, that I've even begun using other services with them, financing two or three different vehicles with very comparable rates.

Amazing!! State farm gave me all the answers to my accident and gave 10/10 customer service. I use a different company but state farm was still took the time to assist me. Leslie Smith was so nice and understanding. She understood our concerns and gave me everything I needed to get my vehicle fixed. Would recommend to anyone who has an insurance claim and needed help from state farm!
