I'm an extremely hard fit. I have muscular dystrophy and I have had my feet reconstructed several times. My toes don't bend and have been permanently fused. The people at this store worked with me and after my third try 2 returns on a pair of Hokas we got the right fit. Sometimes the women's just aren't wide enough. Thank you guys so much for sticking with me and helping me find the perfect waterproof shoe for morel mushroom hunting. 🍄 I appreciate it. If you're looking for a quality shoe, this is the place to come. They are not cheap but they are worth it.

Stopped in to look for workbooks for hubby, ended up with a pair of dress boots and a pair of Keen hiking boots for me. Unbelievable deals on the clearance table and rack!

Sales staff is very helpful. They run sales occasionally and offer discount coupons every so often. Shoes here are of excellent quality. Highly recommend. I’m in health care and buy all my shoes through this store!

Great shoe company. It's so hard to find quality shoes these days but that is all Brown's stocks. I manage to find sizes and styles in stock with them that other big box store don't have. Really appreciate their offerings and customer service.

Bought 2 pairs of back to school boys size New Balance for my grandson for less than $120. There are lots of summer clearance right now.

Brown's in Cape Girardeau was the only place I could find a particular size in a shoe that my son needed. I ordered on a Thursday, and it surprisingly arrived on Saturday! I was expecting a much longer wait to receive the shoes. I will definitely shop Brown's again!
