This JCPenny store is a very nice store. It is much bigger than the one that is closer to home. The selection is very good at the store with a wide variety of clothing for all ages. Shoe department seemed to be a little messy but it also seemed like most staff were busy with other tasks. Overall it was a good experience shopping here.

Want to give a shout out to a wonderful employee who helped us! Diandra was amazing and she really went out of her way to help us and it was greatly appreciated!

Nakayla and Raleigh helped my friend and I today with a purchase and absolutely blew us away with their customer service! If I could give 6 stars I would! Keep up the great work!!

This place is awesome!!!! Friendly helpful employees. I always hear them giving coworkers praise and support. The sales are unbelievable!! I purchased 3 real diamond necklaces original price $125 each, rewards customer special price $25. Then I had 2 gift certificates worth $5 each and a discount coupon I found on the JCP app. Final price: $17 and some change!!!!!! Unbelievable!!!! My family will really be surprised for Christmas!

Easy access to park for pickup orders in the back. Staff there were very helpful courteous and patient. Definitely will go back there again.

Got my glasses ordered at the optical center. Steve was very nice and even ordered to mail the glasses to me once they came in, so I wouldn't have to drive an hour one way to pick them up. Great service and I highly recommend them for glasses.

I come here for my towes bedding makeup and than some. I love going here because you can find major deals for good quality items. At times it is really really busy but that's just a given when you go to a place like this. The service they have is very friendly and is always helpful when trying to find an item.

Friday as my daughter and I was shopping at the store we were greeted and asked if we needed any help in the aisles and when checking out she was very friendly as well. As we were walking out another one thanked us for coming in. Best customer experience that I have ever had there. Great job!

I got my haircut from my hair dresser. She did a great job. Her name is Tracie. Just wish it would been a little cheaper since I just got haircut. But was with a senior person . Though you guys could be very busy if you think of these ideas. Thank you and God Bless!

I buy a majority of my clothes here. Always try to hit the sales. Arizona jeans seem to fit me better than other brands. I've gotten numerous tennis shoes and boots there also and always satisfied with the quality of there products.

My mom and I went today and bought jewelries and clothes. The associate,that helped us find the jewelries we want, is so nice and very helpful! They have great deals right now for jewelries. We enjoyed shopping at JCPenney 😊

Always clean and stocked. Not a lot of shoes to choose from but what they do have are of quality . Friendly and helpful staff. Will continue to shop with them
