Used save my spot and had a short wait. The staff were friendly and let you know how long you would have to wait for the next step. They ordered tests early so the doctor/NP did not have to come into the room twice. The doctor/NP spent time asking several questions to understand all of the symptoms. I was in and out in less than 90 minutes which was very good considering how busy they were and waiting on test results.

Nixa urgent care always does amazing! Taylor the NP is so kind & listens. The nurses are rest of the team are always friendly which is so refreshing

I had to come here yesterday. Ear ache was severe. The medicine posts frightened me. I had the best care I could have ever received. The whole crew, reception to PA. Nurses with kindness. I am sold.

The staff is always kind and respectful. We always go here when we need to get in to a doctor quickly.

Went to the urgent care and was seen within seconds (made appointment online, they had same-day appointments). Very efficient and wonderful staff. In and out in 2 hours...with xrays.

I originally started seeing a different doctor at FDC and I absolutely loved her. When she left Cox, I was nervous about having to re-establish care. I had nothing to be worried about though. I have been seeing Dr. Pharris for several months now and every experience I have had with her has been caring and compassionate. From the moment I walk up to the front desk, the staff is always nice. I usually am checked in and out by Brenda. She is very friendly and kind. The same goes for the medical assistant, Felicia. They are always kind and helpful. I am glad that I have such a great healthcare team!

The staff is very efficient, and polite.My family is seen by Dr. Justin Legris, and he is a very thorough, kind, and knowledgeable! Everyone in the family, from my grandmother to the grandchildren adore, and respect him! Best doctor I've ever had in my 56 years!

I have never been to a doctor office that has been so caring. From the moment I walked in the door, until I left. I am 100 percent happy with my experience. I had an appointment with Brenda Simpson, I absolutely love her. She was so caring and understanding, really made me feel comfortable. No one ever wants to go to the doctors, but if you do have to go, Cox Health Center in Nixa is the place. Thank you to all the team, for really listening and caring. I couldn't give enough stars for this office.

Dr. Legris has been my doctor for a couple of years now. He is very kind, caring and professional. He has the best bedside manner. I normally prefer a female physician, but I have always felt comfortable and not judged with Dr. Legris. It is hard to find a good doctor that cares these days and he is everything you look for and more in a physician. I would not trust my health needs with anyone else at this point.

Very friendly, made me feel confident in the treatment plan and the wait time was GREAT!! In and out in 30 minutes!! Amazing!

Dr. Holly Letterman is a fabulous doctor. She takes time to listen to you and discuss best options for you. She truly puts the "Care" in healthcare.

It is unclear to me why there are any bad reviews for Dr. Legris. As I can honestly say that my experience with him recently was constructive and positive. He listened to my concerns, addressed them accordingly, whilst keeping the vibe light and relaxed. I personally would recommend him!!

**Please keep in mind when looking for a new doctor and are reading ratings (as most people do). The ones that typically leave negative comments are usually motivated by not getting their way. It's hard to find a good doctor. I'm very glad I didn't let them stop me.**

My family (kids included) see Dr. Legris at this office and we are very pleased!!! Dr. Legris is very thorough and takes time to listen. We don’t feel talked down to at all. He also is quick to respond to emails with in the Cox portal system.

Took my husband to urgent care and we were treated with great respect. Everyone was very friendly, polite and helpful. Easy to reserve a time spot online. Great place. Highly recommend!

Dr brian duff is my dr and my babys dr he is the best dr i have ever had. He takes his time to talk with you and he actually cares!! He is not about just getting ppl in and out to make his numbers high! I recommend him to everyone!

Dr Brian Duff and Nurse Practitioner Brenda Simpson have been great care givers. They both listen, provide well-thought out advice.

Dr. Duff is an excellent and knowledgeable doctor. He is always very friendly and seems to genuinely care about the patient. I would highly recommend Dr. Brian Duff.

I had a very good experience with Dr. Legris and his staff. Dr. Legris listened and addressed all of my concerns and was very kind and his nurse was friendly and helpful as well.
