I love the faith based atmosphere, they actually have a prayer box on the counter for prayer requests and on each table is a little note stating that they would come pray with you if needed. On top of that the place is veteran owned and operated, and the cherry on top is wonderful food and service to boot. Will definitely be back.

I came from Joplin to do business in town. One of my work peers said I had to eat at Sundaes if I was going to Stockton, so I did. I was not disappointed. It is a nice hometown cafe with hand dipped ice cream. I asked the owner what she recommended and followed her ad ice. The Rueben sandwich with fries was one of the best I've ever had. The fries were fresh and hot. The sandwich was packed with meat. They also had gluten-free bread as an alternative. She said she had been the owner for 24 years. The restaurant is a landmark, and for good reason. The friendly ser ice and great food are hard to beat. They also give a 3% discount for cash payment.

The people and the food were so good. 👌 I really enjoyed the malt. Best I have had in awhile.

My wife and I stopped in for a cheeseburger. They were very busy with drive-thru business and we had a short wait before our order was taken. We got our food and it was delicious, as usual. The only complaint I have is the onion rings. They are prone to getting soggy very quickly. Other than that I enjoy the food and service.

The best place to get burgers and fries, would go back to try their ice cream

Fun, family oriented place to eat! Best beef around! The chicken tenders are house breaded and are so good. They have speciality days- Taco Tuesday, and Cashew/ Sweet and Sour Chicken on Thursday. House made. As well as house made egg rolls and crab rangoon. Sometimes it takes a bit to get your order, but it's a busy place when that happens. And the best Ice Cream in Cedar County! With lots of varieties for toppings or shakes. They go out of their way to make what you order if it's a little off the menu too... There's a reason it's been around for 40 plus years!

My husband and I stopped in at this amazing restaurant around mid-afternoon on 10/18/22 just for a snack. We split a bowl of chili and a chocolate shake. The meat in the chili was SO fresh and tasty. The shake was hand mixed with real ice cream, and was excellent. We enjoyed it so much that we stopped back in that night for dinner. My husband had the chili again and I had the tacos, which were delicious. Again, we were both very impressed with how fresh the meat was. As we were leaving, we saw a sign that the meat is procured from a local rancher…it is also for sale by the pound to take home. The quality of the meat is outstanding…you can definitely tell that they don’t serve pre-made, frozen burgers. The prices were extremely reasonable for the quality of the food. If you are in Stockton, try this little gem. You won’t be disappointed!
Also, and this is very important for me: the bathrooms were sparkling!! Probably the cleanest (and cutely decorated) bathroom I’ve been in at a restaurant. My husband mentioned how sparkling clean the men’s restroom was also.

I had the opportunity to eat here this afternoon and let me tell you it was five stars all the way around. The food was fantastic. The service was amazing and the establishment was very clean. If you’re ever in Stockton Missouri, I highly recommend stopping here.

We dined in today on our way through town. By far one of the most pleasant and lovely dining experiences we’ve had in a long time!! Our food was delicious. Service was great! Brice was so helpful. Everyone working there were just so friendly!! We loved it so much we went back for ice cream. Definitely 5+ stars.

The food was very good! I get the hickory burger everytime! My husband and I went in to eat and they recommended him several options from what he said he liked they even said they could sub out ingredients! Very friendly people will be coming back!

Great place to eat. Good food and great service. Always stop In here for the grandkids to atleast get ice cream after swimming at the lake or even fiahing.

The food is devine, nice size portions. Friendly efficient staff. Great little diner to spend some time in with friends and family. Great ambiance and vibe.

If you ever find yourself in or near Stockton, you must go!! Food is amazing amazing! Best mushroom Swiss burger I have ever had in my life and I have onion rings for dessert! They are thin crispy bits of heaven!! This veteran owned restaurant has the nicest people in the world working here!! My husband and I go here EVERY time we are in Stockton!

First time there. I had a jumbo double cheeseburger and fries. Wife had cheeseburger and fries. It was excellent. Fresh beef is used and they also sell fresh beef, smoked sausage. The staff was excellent, very friendly, talked to you like have known them for years. If you're looking for good food and sit down inside or drive thru. Sundaes is the place to go. Will definitely go back. Prices are good. It was the best burger we have ever had.
