This place is a fun place to eat! They make the best burgers around! The owner Ruth is a sweetheart and has been running the Squeeze Inn for over 20 years....maybe longer. The atmosphere is really unique. If you're in Stockton, this place is a must see and eat here!

This is a unique little restaurant. The decor is very interesting and it's obvious the owner likes gnomes. The service is good and friendly. The menu is somewhat limited, but everything I have tried tastes great. I strongly recommend this establishment.

One of the best burgers I have had in years. I've been in twice over the last 3 years (I live 300 miles away), enjoyed it so much the first time that I made it a priority to stop again. The proportions are generous, the atmosphere is whimsical, and the quality is fantastic.

CHEESE SKIRT! Sorry, had to get that out of the way, if you go here, get it, maybe twice, ask if she'll make you a skirt to go or something. 😂

Seriously though, it's a skirt of cheese around your burger if you get it with cheese. It's browned, and crispy, and awesome. The skin on fries are good too, especially with cheese. They almost seem like they're made in a cast iron pan instead of deep fried. Not quite as crispy as I like, but great nonetheless.

A gem of a burger shop/Cafe. Run by a sweet old lady who was our waitress as well due to difficulties finding staff. We come to Stockton Lake every year, and now we have a burger joint we hope to be able to come back to every year as well.

This was a delightful surprise while in Stockton for business. With the name the Squeeze Inn... We had to give it a chance. We weren't disappointed, and the Squeeze Burger, while very messy to eat, was a good ol fashioned griddle burger, with quality bacon, fresh veggies and what seemed like homemade buns. Definitely will be going back to try the Steak Sandwich next time I'm in town!

First time visiting Squeez Inn while on vacation. Excellent service, delicious food, the Squeez burger and fries are soooo good !! Highly recommend!! The owner is the SWEETEST EVER!!

We were headed to Stockton Lake and had heard this place was featured in Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. The atmosphere is fun! Gnomes everywhere and kitschy sayings on the walls. They have these homemade chef hats suspended from the ceiling on an elaborate pulley system that lower and raise on fishing line each time the door opens and closes. The burgers are fantastic! Do NOT skip the cheese...it makes the burger and includes a crunchy cheese "skirt" created from the cheese melting onto the grill. The burger comes with instructions on the best way to eat it. The grilled cheese is also made with their fantastic cheddar! The prices are very reasonable and the quality exceptional!

You have to get the Squeezburger with Cheese and if you're with a group just get the large fries and share them. Really cool place, friendly staff.

I'm not from Stockton, but as fate would have it I became friends with a guy from the town. We made the hour trip from Springfield just to give it a try, and boy was it worth it! The Squeeze with Cheese is all you need, and I've been a few more times for a bachelor party and before a wedding. I even made the trip with two other friends, one from STL and one from Japan, to have them visit the place. Both of them felt it was worth the drive. Ruth even recognized me from my previous visits, despite me not being in the area. This is truly a hidden gem of Missouri! I can't recommend it enough.

A must visit when in the area. Glorious burgers with the perfect bun and a huge skirt of cheesy goodness. The staff is always super pleasant and friendly.

This place was awesome. The atmosphere is really cool. It is like a little museum. The Squeeze Burger with cheese is delicious, the fries are fresh cut potatoes really good and the BLT has a ton of Bacon 🥓. If you are ever in Stockton Missouri or just passing through check this place out. I promise you will not be disappointed.

DELICIOUS!! Friendly ladies up front, not too busy for a 6:00 Saturday evening. Smaller places so you will need to Squeeze In! Lol sorry I had to. I ordered the Squeeze burger, if you get cheese it's alot. And it's crispy fried. Which is really tasty! Recommend!

Burgers are amazing. The Teriyaki steak sandwich has there homemade signature Teriyaki Sauce. So charming inside.
This is a off the beaten path restaurant you should try. Grab a Burger and eat it off the beautiful Stockton Lake!

Ruth has always treated everyone like family, and her food is nothing short of spectacular. Totally worth the 2 hour trip to get there. The squeeze burger and that cheese skirt is something you have to experience

Cozy little place with warm atmosphere. The food was prepared fresh when ordered. They make fresh cut fries and the food tasted amazing. Friendly staff. Will visit again and suggest you stop in if ever that way.

One of our favorite places for cheeseburger (oh yea with the cheese skirt) and fries. For us it is worth the drive since we don't live in town. Plus if we have company for more than a couple days, it is a go to place for a great lunch. Ruth is so much fun to visit with. A referral told me it was great including the interesting lesson on how to eat one of her burgers.

Always the same great squeeze burger and hand cut fries. A little wait but well worth it the best burger around and real hand cut fries that are double fried. I've posted new pics along with the menu. If your here in the Ozarks visiting from out of State the Stockton lake area or just want to take a short road trip to eat it's a must do!!
