Fantastic place to stay if riding the Katy Trail in Missouri!! A true gem! Not actually in Booneville…but New Franklin. Just a few blocks up from the trailhead! Super convenient and VERY comfortable. Great host and comfortable home. Eat in Booneville and ride another 3 miles to rest! It’ll knock 3 miles off your ride the next day! No wifi but a GREAT place to relax and unplug. Clean and so lovely!

ENORMOUS SPACE that is beautifully well kept for a super reasonable price. Fridge had a few beers in it ready for consumption a pon arrival, and host is super nice and answers texts/calls promptly.

Also, it is perfect for KATY TRAIL riders, particularly a large groups, for 3 reasons: (1)it is literally right off the trail, (2) it's right in downtown in Boonville so you can easily walk to everything (very good after a long ride), and (3) plenty of private spaces in the apartment. This place can easily hold 6-8 people.

There are two bedrooms with large (queen size beds i think?) at separate ends, so those people can have a completely private space, and another room has 3 beds that one bedroom squatter would have to walk through to get to common areas (kitchen, bath). Also There are two couches and a pull out bed, so really the space can probably hold 9-10 as long as the majority of folks aren't too picky about having a space that folks would need to walk through to get to other ares.

This was perfect place to recover from our 2nd day on the Katy Trail! Hazel had all the perfect recovery snacks waiting for us! She checked on us to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed!!

I rolled in off the Katy Trail after a day of riding in the rain and found this place. It was perfect for my needs. Washer, dryer, kitchen, bed, and a indoor storage for my bike. The folks who run this B&B are very accommodating and made sure I was well set up before they left for the evening. I was the only one staying for the night so I had choice of which room I wanted. There are two queen rooms and a room with two twin beds. Two shared bathrooms and a common area with a TV. If you like to keep it simple this is a great choice. It's right off the Katy on Main Street so it's really convenient. Since I was the only one staying the owners let me stay past checkout until the rain passed. I really appreciated that.

I would liked internet access but at the moment in my wet condition it was definitely not a deal breaker.

Wonderful place to stay. Spacious rooms, a secure place to store your bike, places to eat in walking distance.

They even keep the kitchen well stocked with snacks and other meal options - best airbnb I've seen!

Great accomodations, perfect location!

We had a terrific stay in this huge and beautiful historic space. It was spotless and the kitchen was well stocked. It’s downtown right on Main Street above a local business and a 1/2 block from the Main Street Diner which is very popular and serves delicious country meals and deserts. I’d have given 5 stars except for the rate of $97 per night (includes tax). It’s cash or check only which is a bit of a throwback with credit cards or even PayPal nowadays and kind of a pain if you are riding the Katy Trail like we were and didn’t want to carry a bunch of cash. Also, the space is all on one floor and has 3 sleeping areas which can sleep up to 6 or 7 people in total. It’s great when no one else is there (or you are staying with others you know), but there is only one small bathroom right off the kitchen and sharing it with that many other people for basicially $100 per night seems a bit high. If you are okay with that, I’d certainly say it’s a great place to stay.
