Prime Care of Ava

There is not enough room to list all the positives! DeAnn is the absolute kindest, most caring person I think I've ever met. She listened to me for an hour and answered every single question I had. The compassion I was shown at this office is beyond that of any office I've ever visited. She truly cares. Blessed to have found Prime Care of Ava!

Since being under the care of Becky, I have received more help and answers than I had with all of the specialists I have visited in the last 2.5 years. I break down in tears with her because of how comfortable she makes me feel and just how kind she is. She listens. She cares. I am not made to feel like a "seven-minute visit." If you want to be heard AND cared for, this is the place to go!

They're wonderful! Able to get me in pretty fast and the nurses know their way around needles! It feels very homey and calming! Staff is also super friendly!

Everyone was very nice and helpful. Felt that I was listened to and received best care possible!

Great place with friendly staff!!! They accept walk ins and even are open on Saturdays walk ins only!!! Knowledgeable staff that doesn't just force antibiotics for everything!!! All around justva great place to go 😊

My doctor tolerates me and I don't know how. I am as difficult a patient you can have. I Always forget my appointments. Great patient and understanding staff.

Dr always listens and takes time to access.

Went in for a check up and brought up some issues I was experiencing ((back in June)). And I was rescheduled to care for an issue, but was told I needed a specialist for the other. I came back in to get treated and to get a referred to a specialist. At this time the second doctor (because this was a totally different lady than the first) also verified that I needed a specialist. And I was assured I would be getting a referral and a call from a specialist soon.

A month and a half later I still hadn’t received a call. So I reached out to Prime Care multiple times, I left messages at their nurse’s station and never got a call back once. Finally my mother called them and got super rude with their receptionist, so they finally called me back. I had been in pain this whole time and really we were at our whits end.

The nurse informed me that they had no documentation of my issue. And they were confused as to why I was asking for the referral, but for some reason never called me back to ask…I explained and the nurse basically said, Oh, (insert the doctors name) forgot to put that in your file. ((And I was seen by not one, but two doctors there! So how did that not make it into my file??)) The nurse then told me she’d sort it out right away and call me back tomorrow. She called me back three days later (after I had reached back out and left more messages).

The nurse called me back. I was then told it was an issue they could’ve fixed in office this whole time. And I was asked if I wanted the referral she had lined up, or to come back in to their office and get treated. I asked for a minute to think about it and the nurse said, of course! Just call back when you’ve decided what you think is best.

I very quickly decided to see the specialist instead of going back. Why would I? Two of their doctors had said “you need a specialist for that” to my face. And they had already proven to me that their office is incompetent. So less than an hour later I called back, said I’d rather see a specialist and mentioned I had been told differently (by their own doctors). I had to leave a message at the nurse’s office (again) because no one ever answers.

Never received a call back, never got the referral ((It’s September)) and I even have called back since then. I won’t be going back, nor do I recommend them for any care issues. I’ve found a new office.

The staff is great!! I had been going there for years for back problems and other things. But the dr absolutely refused to see me again or to give me my medicine anymore over me getting a second opinion!! And he dose not listen or care about his patients... the nurses and staff on the other hand are great ppl... just need a new dr in that office

Disappointed. I went in for back problems and while I wait for the dr to come see me the doctor and nurse start taking outside my door about my pain. Saying how I had been in 2 months before for the same thing. I have scoliosis in my spine and I have frequent pain. I can usually get through with ibuprofen but the night before I went in I over worked it(mine own fault) and couldn't get up the next day. So I'm sorry I had to come in once again for working hard. Probably going to go to another dr if every time I have issues with my back someone is going to complain about treating me and taking my money.

Worst clinic I have ever visited. Go somewhere else.

Terrible clinic. Very unprofessional and unorganized. Will never use again.
