The Well

I want to encourage anyone that wants to feel better and to be more flexible to join the yoga classes offered at The Well . My issues with my lower back have felt so much better since I started going to Yoga 3 weeks ago. Some days after all the stretching I am actually pain free for sometime. That is a wonderful feeling. Thank you Megan.

My week just isn't complete until I have attended my yoga class at THE WELL. Megan is an excellent yoga instructor and guides everyone from a world of rushing and worry into the realm of peace, quiet, and serenity. Whether you want to increase your strength, flexibility, or balance, Megan meets everyone's individual needs. We are fortunate to have this center of positivity and bodily improvement in our community.

Want to be more flexible? Want to have a great time? Want great looking workout clothes? Well we have a great place right here in Ava that you can do that! (Amazing, right!) I love coming to The Well every time I get a chance. I know every time that I do, I am bettering myself. I feel welcome and energized after a yoga class and a great cup of coffee!
