I bought a 'new' car about a year ago and knew that it would be prone to minor issues. In all over the past year Andy and Precision Automotive have taken care of me and fixed all those little issues and big issues that I've encountered. They are kind and courteous and fair on price. I called a shop in Springfield to get a price on a full synthetic oil change an they said $60 and Precision is $62 and I know that their labor hours are much lower than other shops in town. Thank you guys for taking care of me and my car this past year, look forward to many more.

This place is like the old fashioned mechanics, they are willing to go the extra mile to earn your business! And our very well priced! I went down yesterday with my father and looked at Durango it was nice but just not what we were looking for...

I broke down one night as I was heading to work. I didn't have time to do anything about it or I would've been late to work. I had it towed to precision auto due to a personal reference. (Mistake). The following Morning they called me and said it was fixed. Coil wire fell onto exhaust manifold.and burnt in two. He charged me $100 and sent me on my way. Immediately I noticed my turn signals now don't work. I stopped and checked to find the blinkers, 4 ways and headlights were now not working. My uncle called Andy and he said that along with my coil wire, several other wires were burnt and if I tracked them I would find the problem . I searched all over for burnt wires. There were no burnt wires to be found so as a result I tackled it myself. I almost returned it to Andy but I figured I couldn't afford something else not working as a result. 2 1/2 months later I solved the mystery myself. Well myself and YouTube. I found many similar problems on YouTube leading me to believe it was my front control module. the problem was I didn't have the diagnostic tools that most used and so I couldn't figure out my problem. However I finally found one who did a process of elimination using test light and voltmeter only. No plug in diagnostic equipment and this time I struck gold. The first step was check fuse number 11:and 13 and when I went to do that I found 11 and 13 missing. After replacing them all my electrical issues were restored. He may deny doing it but he lead me down a path that didn't exist. And those fuses didn't jump out of there. So the misleading me speaks volumes of his intent I will never use this guy again and I recommend nobody else does neither. This is in no way his first or last time doing this kind of business. It wasn't a simple mistake. It was a dishonest practice and I do not support dishonest business practices. Once was more than enough for me. One star was more than I would give him but I had to give him that to write a review. But it's much too high of a rating for a crook

My dad spent almost $10,000 having Andy Nash try to figure out why his truck would run for a couple months, then just stop running out of nowhere!! He replaced $10,000 worth of parts and labor, and my dad was without his truck for MONTHS!!! Here we sit yet again with a broke down truck!! 😡😡😡😡 Needless to say dad's truck is NOT at Precision Auto!!!! Not a happy daughter!! 😡😡😡😡

Made an appointment for 8am. No one was there at 8am and the shop was closed. A truck with the shop logo pulled up to the front of the building 5 minutes after 8am. It sat there a few minutes without anyone getting out, then pulled around back and entered from the back. I sat and waited for 40 minutes while no one opened the business or answered their phone.
