I changed my review as i use to hate coming here but they have really turned this place around! Excellent selection and services was exceptional. They are super friendly and beats going all the way to the city any day!

J Brothers has been fair in their pricing, honorable in their dealings, and the staff is always kind and helpful. I think its great that the company is part of the community they serve - I always try to support local business over corporate chains and wish others would too. I would recommend J Brothers hands down!

We absolutely love the front desk! They're so helpful with our ups orders. We've had a bad experience in the repair maintenance area in the back but I'm not going to let that affect the rating of the front of house staff!

Excellent staff, very knowledgeable, large selection in anything needed for home repair and improvements. Most recent purchase was a cub cadet mower, was shown all the features of all the models they had. They done all the leg work in getting my warranty set up. Friendly staff can not be mentioned and said enough. Thanks again Cooper family.

It's nice to have somewhere to go locally when we get a wild hair to build something. Some things can be hard to find or out of stock a lot, but they can always get it in for us in a matter of days. If you plan ahead, you're good to go. Wonderful owners, employees, and customer service!

I have been patronizing this store recently a lot because of various projects. My experience has been very positive. Customer service has been excellent. I live 20 min. out of town and forgot my wallet . Realizing this at checkout, I embarrassingly revealed this fact. Sandy asked if would like to pay the bill the next time I was in town. This saved me a lot of time and trouble . Often my wife goes into town and at the last minute I call the store for a product. They have it ready and waiting so she doesn't have to search for this strange widget that I need. It doesn't get any better than that. Thanks cooper lumber!

Just spent 3 months doing a complete overhaul of a building we bought for a business. We were in and out of there almost every day.5 The customer service at Cooper Lumber was great. Scott, Sandy and their staff, treated us with respect and courtesy on every visit. Sandy even came to the business one day to give advice on a problem that needed solving.

I love Cooper Lumber. Prices are reasonable. The people who work there acknowledge you when you come in and ask if there is anything they can help you with. Store is very clean, stocked, and easy to find your way around.

Always seem to have what I'm looking for. Very friendly and willing to help you find what you need. Best place to get propane I've found.

This hardware store has come a long ways over the last year,is extremely complete,even more so than those in big cities like Phoenix AZ,or Medford Oregon
