Beaver Creek Retreat, Store & Cabins

I decided to come up for a week. I got the Getaway cabin. Absolutely beautiful. I was also able to set up or inquire about extra services due to my unique requirements like seeing if I could get the cabin fridge stocked with propel water, Gatorade and ice. I also was able to get breakfast in bed, and lunch sent over to the cabin. The food was fresh, hot homemade and tasted delicious and amazing. I can't wait to go back.

The host is probably the sweetest person you’ll ever meet. We were astonished at how nice the Getaway Cabin was. This was not your ordinary campground cabin. It was beautifully and comfortably furnished. Extremely clean and had everything you needed. You can tell the owner takes pride in their property. Off the beaten path for sure. Very quiet and beautiful views. We had the best time. Can’t wait to return.

We have a large group that does an annual float trip. We decided to stay and support local businesses this year, and chose Beaver Creek Campground & Canoe Rental and we are so happy we did! Roberta was a joy to work with. She is kind, friendly, and was quick and efficient with answering our many questions. This is a family-owned business and they work HARD to ensure each floater and camper has a safe, enjoyable experience. Our group looks forward to returning. The river is lovely, and the campground is as well. The restrooms and showers were very clean and newer. The general store had everything we needed and then some! Thank you for a wonderful time!

Stopped by the newly renovated & bought by a wonderful family who owns it now. Ended up staying for a week. Its an amazing campground with a cute lil general store. The whole family works so hard, was getting ready to go kayaking and I didn't know if I should tip the drivers. So I asked. Tips are very much appreciated. So carry a few dollars for your ride up & back. These are great people working hard to keep prices low.

What a great place to get away!! The owners are so friendly and helpful. The grounds are very well maintained and the bath house is SO CLEAN!!!! That's hard to find at a campground typically, but not here!! We went to do a day float and used a private access that he shuttled us to. The owner was quick to grab all of our boats and gear....and we had A LOT....to help get us loaded up and on the water with no hesistation. It's a beautiful float and we really enjoyed our day on the water. Can't wait to go back and take advantage of one of the cabins and stay overnight!!

Been paddling this ever changing river for a long time. See more wildlife here than any other river. Bluffs are beautiful and the water is clear, and no loud obnoxious groups. The campground is shady, clean, and just very nice. The Cedar Bath/shower house is the cleanest of any campground I have ever been to...Spa like! Service is outstanding, camp store is well stocked and Jan and Barry turned that business into a definite 5 🌟. Would give them a 10. Hopefully everything stays the same, including the rules!

The owners are friendly and personable, great to chat with, helpful and thoughtful, the main store is very nicely stocked. You feel like longtime friends.
The float was absolutely gorgeous and peaceful. Seen a pack of baby otters running along side of bank. Plenty of places to stop and soak up the peace, swim and have refreshments. Couldn't have asked for better a time. We are going back again in 2 weeks to do it again.

The owners were the nicest people ever! We pulled up and they had the van and trailer with our kayaks loaded and ready. They were patient and informative. The day was amazing. Afterwards we just beached the boats and walked 5 minutes to our car. THEN!!! WE SHOWERED IN THE BATHHOUSE WHICH WAS Phenomenal!! A rain head shower and AC !! The store had all the essentials and local treats such as citronella candles and home made pickles! Coming back for sure!

We rented a canoe and 3 kayaks. It was a beautiful trip and we had the stream all to ourselves it seemed; lots of bluffs and great places to pull off to swim or take a break. The staff helped us load all of our gear and it was an easy shuttle ride to put in. The restrooms and showers at the end were clean and easy to get to! Definitely would recommend if you're looking for a peaceful float!

This campground is loved and very well maintained by its owners. Quiet and quaint, CLEAN bathhouse! Great family adventures await your visit. Check out the rentable covered wagons, very cool.
They are a great river outfitter. Very accommodating. They let us know specifically about a tricky area in the river and which way to go to avoid it. We had a great time!

We had a great time floating with Beaver Creek Canoe Rental. It's ran by some really nice folks. We went during the week and didn't see another person the entire float! Cool, clear water, bluffs, and lots of gravel bars to make stops along the way. We'll definitely be back with the kids to stay in their riverside cabins next time!

We had a great experience from start to finish. Even being memorial day it wasn’t too crowded. The flight was easy and there was no spots where we had to drag our kayak. It was very clean and the staff was very informative and inviting. We will definitely be back.

Such an easy getaway from Springfield. Campsites are well maintained but you still feel like you’re out in nature by yourself. The shower is a must - spa like! We chose to spend the day on a nearly private gravel bar just a short walk from the campsite, swimming and sunbathing. Heaven. We’ll be back! We want to try the cabins next.

Nice easy float with plenty of interesting wildlife (birds, fish, turtles, and even a big water snake with its fresh catch) and scenery. Cool water perfect for a hot summer day. Excellent service putting in and takeout. Cabin clean, comfortable, and well equipped.

Super great campground, run by 2 super great owners. They were very friendly, personable and eager to make sure our stay in our cabin was perfect. But it already was so we didn't need any extra special attention. Lots of fish in the creek and good temperature for swimming when we came in the middle of July.

Took my wife kayaking here in the spring. Great customer service, beautiful location and fair prices. Highly recommend using them for all your kayaking, camping, and canoeing needs in the Ozarks!

I really enjoy this campground. It is nice being right off the water while camping. The float they offer is a shuttle up stream so you are able to take out right at your campsite, which is the ideal way to float in my opinion.

We floated and camped with Beaver Creek Canoe rental for years but it has been several year since we had been back. The new owner have totally revived this place and made it a wonderful family friendly spot with great amenities. The bath house was spotless, the campground was clean and well maintained, and the owners were extremely friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back

Absolutely one of the best campgrounds I have stayed in. The cabins are cozy and clean! The owners are inviting and made our stay a great experience! Would highly recommend Beaver Creek Campground for camping, floating or just a weekend getaway! Thanks Berry and Jan!
