Went here a lot over the past 4 years. It’s just a great place! My catalytic converter went out a few months ago. Since I had to move soon I wanted to get the parts myself from Autozone so I could have a 5-year warranty. The shop was more than happy and understanding to work with me! Couldn’t recommend higher

Got me right in for an oil change. The cost was reasonable, especially since I use synthetic. The guy was friendly and it didn't take very long. The other two customers that were waiting had only good things to say about the place. I'll definitely be going back.

All I can say its amazing!! I am on my way to California from NYC. The guys here were very helpful. Chris went above and beyond to try to repair my tired. It seems my rim cracked when I enter Missouri. Unfortunately they could not repair my rim but gave me a few options I could call to get my tire fix. I am truly grateful to everyone there who tried their best to assist. Totally recommend this place. Great customer service is hard to find these days. 🙏

Had my 2007 BMW 328xi serviced at Kwik Kar on 10 April. Service consisted of brand new rotors front and rear, all new pads, 4 new tires and front left CV axle replacement. During the installation of my tires, I received a call saying I had a crack in one of my wheels. Kwik Kar allowed me to over night another wheel from California and have it delivered right to the shop. Genuinely impressed with the professionalism and quality of work provided by this shop. Communication was on point and the transparency was much appreciated. I will be bringing my vehicle back for further service.

Driving through town and made a quick stop with my wife's car for new windshield wipers and oil change. Ongoing theme whenever I happen to use her car! The service was quick and priced at about the going rate. The young man working on the car was polite and friendly. He identified a problem that might be a issue sometime along the way, very thankful for that. In out and on my way withing maybe 15 mins.

Went got my oil change here today 3/6/2023 and I loved it!! These people are amazing!! They changed my oil and also checked all my fluids and tire pressure and washed all my windows and I didn't even have to ask for all that other service, they just did it on there own!!! I have to say I will continue to go here to get my oil changed!! #AmazingPeople #HardWorkers

I dropped off my vehicle today thinking there was an issue with my brakes. I was expecting to pay a couple hundred dollars. I then get a call advising that my brakes are fine and that the tires needed to be rotated. The rubbing that I heard was from the car sitting. He advised after some use it would go away. I was blown away by their honesty. Good people and I would recommend them to everyone.

I have 5,000 miles to go until my next oil change and I have zero oil. I'm over 4 quarts low. I put a whole 5 qt bottle in there and my driveway is covered in oil! I had a problem that day of the oil change with a male employee, and I believe what has happened is he got really embarrassed and did something to my car. I have never had a problem with my car before. It's always been serviced and well taken care of. I've driven thousands of miles in this car and now all of a sudden, I have a major oil leak out of nowhere?!

Edit: I went and discussed the issue with the manager and he was very nice and fixed my car. I thanked him and appreciated him for fixing it. He did it without hesitation. I will come back. Thanks again

Came here for headlight replacement. Bought my own bulbs at AutoZone and the replacement fee was very cheap. Service was super friendly and honest. Whole process was less than 20 minutes. 100% recommend

Honest, friendly, and clearly hard workers as a few I have seen there for years. They make getting my oil change so much less stressful. I will forever go here for all my car needs! (Posted my first review on the Springfield store! Sorry! Thanks for being awesome!)

I couldn’t be more pleased with the service here, not only was the manager Billy very knowledgeable and pleasant so was his staff! Coming from a family with a live in mechanic it is a good feeling to be able to take your vehicle somewhere trustworthy when you don’t have the time for scheduled maintenance. Great honest mechanics. I went in for a coolant issue and the manager said everything looked fine. He just reset my check engine light and told me to come back if it comes back on, and he will have the part on hand if the repair needs to be done. I have mad respect for honest mechanics because a dishonest mechanics can easily rip someone off.

I love this place! I don't go anywhere else. They are fast and friendly. Their service is aaaamazing. I came in for a oil change, he could have easily did it and let me be on my way but he was honest and let me know I needed more than just a oil change it was more money than I wanted to kick out but I rather spend money and take care of my car than trying to buy a new one. Their prices are good they don't try to rip you off like some places. They don't play around they get the job done the first time! Thanks you guys are awesome!!!!

My AC Compressor went out while I was in town. They quoted me $750 including labor. I went around town and got a few more quotes, they were by far the best. Went in to get the job done a few days later when they got the part and Billy hooked me up! He did a really great job, didn't try to sell me extra stuff I didn't need and even fixed some small issues he found while he was under there. Great service, fair prices.

My whole family has been going here for well over 5 years. Never had a bad experience one time always very fast friendly and knowledgeable about all aspects of are vehicles. They take care of it all from a tune up to installing tires. They're one of company's around who is supportive of are military community.

Kwik Kar has been my default place to go for simple routine maintenance (oil changes) for the few years I've been in the FLW area.
They are consistently polite, professional, come across as honest, and get work done in a reasonable timeframe. Prices also seem to be reasonable. They do a quick inspection with most services I've gotten, and will readily point out anything of concern.
I really can't find much to complain about, thus the five star review. It would be nice if they got high speed wifi for the waiting area, but I won't knock them for that.

I grew up around mechanics, so I usually feel right at home in an auto shop, but the guys here really make you feel comfortable. They're so kind and patient and they know their stuff. I know what's it like to have customers come flooding in and become impatient when things take a little longer than expected. Despite that, Billy and the guys made it seem like it I was their top priority. Billy even sat down and talked with me about my issues. It really felt like I was talking to my uncle, who is my go-to mechanic when I'm home in Arkansas. I really appreciate that kind of patience and work ethic. You can't go wrong here, guys. Let them fix you up if you have an issue or just need general maintenance. They have a great team here.

I often get nervous about where I take my truck, but I've learned of this shop and now never go anywhere else. They are quick, professional, and on point when it comes to letting you know what is going on with your vehicle. Before dedicating myself to this shop, I went to another local place (not going to mention names), but I actully got told they were running low on the oil I had requested, and was asked if I'd take a different (less efficient) oil instead. I told myself never again. I found Kwik Kar and never looked back. It has been great and my truck runs like a champ.
