Comfort Suites Jackson-Cape Girardeau

The rooms were amazing...beautiful artistic touch. The kids loved the pool and the breakfast was amazing. After breakfast we hit there very nice indoor gym.

Room was large and updated. Very quiet and good location! Breakfast had options, waffles, fruit yogurt, biscuits, hard boiled eggs, fruit, etc. Indoor pool. Rooms and lobby areas are all updated and nice. Would recommend staying here! This is a very nice Comfort Inn and have stayed here on more then two occasions.

This is the hotel we always stay at when we're in the area. We've never had any problems. Ours are spacious, clean and comfortable. The beds are better than ours at home. Plenty of towels, soap, etc. It's a place we can trust.

We had a health scare and needed to go to hospital ER. Hotel was kind to keep extending check out time for us into early afternoon and several staff showed great concern for our predicament. We truly cherish their emotional and practical support as we were far from home.

Greeted and checked in quickly, that's how we like it. The rooms are large and comfortable. There are nice amenities. Three levels all access is through the lobby. Nice breakfast.

So nice, after driving for 10 hours, to be offered hot chili or chicken noodle soup when we checked in (And chocolate chip cookies!!) Staff was very cordial at both check in and out. Clean quiet room, nice linens and toiletries. WONDERFUL hot breakfast with lots of choices. Best of all...hotel is pet friendly! Will stay again if we get the chance!

This facility was outstanding. Desk staff was friendly and quite efficient to get us booked in. They had a food buffet that evening which eliminated the need to find somewhere to eat. The breakfast buffet was great. Highly recommend using this place for lodging.

Very clean. Staff was polite and competent. The walls were a little thin, but that was only an issue when other guests were extra loud.

I don't even remember the front desk clerk's name..shame on me because she was awesome!!! She had dark long hair and I remember she had a tattoo that said "save me from myself". She said she was new yet I couldn't tell. She seemed confident in her job. The room looked and smelled clean! The atmosphere was peaceful and the breakfast was good!

Awesome hotel! Very clean! The carpets where being cleaned when we arrived so you can tell they care about cleanliness. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Me and my family where very pleased. We will be back to this location for sure!

I love staying here! The breakfast is good, the pool is cool and everyone is always so friendly and accommodating.

We stayed for a little over a week here and made it so much fun and enjoyable! the breakfast was great and so was the staff. If we needed anything they never complained and were always very fast at getting what we needed. The pool was alot of fun and the cookies are off the chain! thank you guys for a great stay!

Staff were very friendly. Most places offer a donut/bagel maybe fruit for breakfast but here they had Sausage, eggs, cereal, muffins, fruits, a lot of other choices as well.

We loved this hotel. Hot soup in the lobby on a super cold night was the perfect welcome. Front desk was extremely friendly. The kids loved the pool and local pizza delivered right to our cozy, warm room where all six of us stayed snuggly. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Excellent motel, clean rooms, quick and easy check in and out process. Extremely fast password free WiFi. Breakfast leaves a bit to be desired but I've had worse. Overall great experience and I would definitely stay again.

Sue at the front desk was very helpful and caring as I was dealing with the death of my fiance'. Nice hotel, clean, neat, good breakfast... Sue made everything so much easier. Thank you for the great care!

Very nice spacious room we had. Clean and bed was the most comfortable I've slept in at any hotel. Like that I could still control the air flow of the room despite having an internal system. I'd recomnend exhaust fans in bathrooms though.

Front desk was extremely courteous and helpful during my 4 day stay. This place offers free breakfast and an evening snack to it's guests. My family and I had a wonderful experience and if we're ever back in the Cape Girardeau area, we'll be staying here.

Nice place. Room (225) was clean and well laid out. Water nice and hot. Everything worked. Check-in woman very friendly and helpful. Location good, plenty of parking. Wifi outstanding.

Cons: the toilet tank constantly and audibly dripped into the toilet. Parking lot wasn’t the cleanest.

The owner an her staff was very professional an down to earth. Breakfast was great..rooms were good.Plus there getting ready to remodel inside with new furniture an stuff an we were invited to come back when they finish..5 star from me...
