AT&T Store

We came in and were greeted quickly. There was a slight wait (see below), but none of that matters because we had an awesome sales rep to help us. Jaime Young was amazing. She was patient, thorough, and knew exactly what we needed to do. Even when we hit some speed bumps, she was steady. We had a great experience because of her!

Con: didn't schedule an appointment so we walked in. There can be a wait if you do this depending on the flow of the day. Would highly recommend scheduling an appointment.

I went into the store with several questions and issues that I needed help with. Julius was very friendly and helpful even with tech issues that he didn’t have to help with. He spent a lot of time and effort helping and had a wonderful attitude.

Awesome, listened to and addressed my concerns within minutes. I was surprised. Greeted immediately and told they would take good care of me. Nice 🙂.

My experience at the AT&T store located in Jackson Missouri was second to none. The representative that assisted me his name is Ryan. In my opinion, Ryan is top shelf. I felt like I was talking to a friend rather than a AT&T professional. He went over my entire plan and new purchase with me and answered every question that I had and more. I could not be more satisfied with that Jackson store and Ryan. Hats off to you, AT&T and you as well Ryan.

The staff was extremely attentive, empathetic and understanding towards me an my grandmother. She’s new to the cell phone world and chase and the team made it such an easy transition. I recommended going into this store to anyone! And usually I’m an online only type of guy. Absolutely stellar service and really, really restored my faith in retail consumerism.

We were just in there at Jackson and they were very helpful. We dealt with CJ and he was very patient and informative. We had all of our questions answered and were able to make an informative decision on purchasing upgraded phones.

The staff were friendly and helpful and helped me transfer my Verizon number to my account even though it was difficult and time-consuming. The difficulty and time-consuming part is Verizon's fault.

The employees have always been beyond helpful and always willing to get me the best deal possible.
