Detour Grill and Bar

Have lived in this part of Jeffco for 22 years and not sure why I have never been to Detour Grill and Bar. The food was amazing. I had a roast beef with provel cheese/au jus & sweet potato fries. Service was great as well, we took the advice of the young man waiting on us & wasn’t disappointed. Can’t wait to try the pizza and wings!

Our server was fast, friendly and honest! It was very busy, food came out much faster than expected! The reuben was one of the best I've had! Family friendly atmosphere!

I stopped in for lunch and had the spicy chicken sandwich. It was phenomenal. It came to me just like I ordered and in a timely fashion. My served was polite and friendly and she didn't let me run out of tea.

Food was incredible, service was over the top, and highly recommend their event space. Great for birthdays, celebrations, or maybe even a place to take coworkers for dinner. Burgers and apps are soooo good!

Had the Sunday special all you can eat fried chicken. The chicken and vegetables were really good. The hamburger that my granddaughter must have been good. She looked like she was enjoying it. And someone in our group hadcthe chili and they said that it was good.

It was absolutely delicious the service was off the hook and the atmosphere is always so much. All the patrons are always smiling so we'll wait staff is always smiling and happy to see you even if they don't know you. I absolutely love to go into detour it's one of my favorite places

First time here and I will definitely be back. The place is lively for sure, but I mean that in a good way. The kind of place you want to be with friends to feel comfortable enough to laugh like you mean it. The food was delicious, hot, and got to us in a hurry. Our server was awesome too. All around, a great place to unwind and enjoy good food.

Good food at a good price! Friendly atmosphere. Saturday is Prime Rib night! Great deal!

This place is great! Love the food, in fact I haven't had anything there I didn't like. Staff friendly, every time I see the owner he shakes my hand. I have seen them do fundraisers. I love the atmosphere. I always try to sit at the booth with the Seckman hockey jersey hanging over it! Sometimes I like to just stop by, sit at the bar, get a beer and catch the end of a Cards/Blues game.

Nice clean place. Great food and friendly staff. My personal favorite is the all you want fried chicken on Sunday , but don't overlook the all you want catfish on Friday. The chicken is always hot and juice, with a nice light crispy crust and three sides. So if you're hungry and like to support the small mom and pop business stop in for good food.

Always have a good experience here. The all-you-can-eat fish on Fridays is delicious!

Just a great place all around.

This is a local/family owned bar and grill. I recently lost my mom and her wishes were for my sister and I to throw a celebration of life somewhere besides a funeral home where we could drink, enjoy company and truly celebrate her life. They accommodate our large group of family and friends with the patio rental and allowing us to flood into the bar area (we took over half the bar area) since at the peak of the visitation we had 200 or more people there to pay their respects and share stories with my sister and I and the bartender and serving staff kept up with all the drink orders and any special food orders without any issues.
Amazing food was served in the patio area that we had preordered with the rental and of course outstanding service as always in the patio area as well and all VERY adorable!
Everyone of our family members and friends loved it and all said it’s just what our mom would of wanted.
Thank you Bill and Terry for your hospitality and to all your amazing staff who made our moms days just as we imagined and allowed us to just set up and then enjoy being around all those who loved our mom that day and you all handled the rest!

Was amazing as always. They have the best fried mushrooms. Decided to get the mushroom swiss burger this time. One of my favs now!

Great place to become a regular! There is always great conversation in the bar area and lots of family laughter in the restaurant area. The burgers are the best; try the bacon wrap Jalapenos. The Cajan Pasta, or Spegetti and meatballs, are great as well. There is a great kids' menu.

We came here last Friday evening and had the all you eat fish and it was really good. I asked our waitress what exactly what the fish was and Akasha told us that it is called Pangasius, a native Southeast Asian freshwater kind of catfish, but doesn't have the oily catfish taste, it is good and our waitress was truly awesome.
We came back yesterday on Sunday on my wife's birthday and she had the choice of going anywhere of her choosing for dinner and she chose Detours! We ordered the all you eat chicken for the first time as we are new to Detours. The chicken was excellent, a ½ chicken initially came out, with green beans with the bacon & onions, corn, mashed & gravy, rolls all for $12.99 + your beverage. Very, very good👍!

Great lunch! Get a pizza with fresh jalapeños !
