What a great experience! Jake answered my call immediately and showed up the very next day to look at our pop-up camper. He fixed all 3 issues in an hour! Price was very reasonable too! We will definitely be calling him again if and when anything goes wrong! Thank you Jake!!!

Jake saved our vacation on his day off !!! We had a cold water leak he told us he did not normally work on Saturday but if we could bring it to him he would take a look. He had us fixed in no time . The cost was so reasonable I ask him if he was sure it was correct. Thanks again Jake if we need repairs agian when we are in this area we will call you !

Trustworthy! Honest! I wasn't able to be there when the work was done. I left money and gave him a code to get in my RV. I came back from work and my air was blowing great! He texted me and said that he did a little extra covering up some holes in the duct work and gave me a little discount for being a nurse. Who leaves money behind! I'll definitely be telling people and using this service for everything. I highly recommend!!!

I called Nomad RV services after hours and left a voicemail, after several months of runaround with various dealerships trying to get our busted hot water heater replaced in our brand new toy hauler. We finally gave up on using the warranty, having gotten terrible customer service and no follow through everywhere else, but to my surprise Jake from Nomad called me back first thing the next morning. He was able to determine over the phone which water heater was needed, ordered it for us right then, and had it installed in less than a week. Not only did I get a prompt call back, but he followed through and had us all set up with a new hot water heater for a reasonable price and zero hassle. I would definitely recommend them for great customer service and help quickly when things break. My only regret is that we didn't call them first, I'd give more stars than 5 if I could!

We rented an RV to travel to Wyoming from Tennessee. On the way through Missouri we were having problems with power to the RV. We looked up RV repair places near us and gave Nomad RV a call. He said he was 2 hours away from the shop but he took the time over the phone to troubleshoot and got us up and going again. We are so thankful for his hospitality. Please use Nomad RV services for all your camper and RV needs he is a great guy.

Jake was professional, on time, and fast. Thankfully he was able to diagnose our issue over the phone and bring the parts needed. Not to mention he was able to complete the repair quickly and correctly. Hopefully I don’t need his services again any time soon, but I will call if I do.

The owner is a true professional. Amazing service, cordial, friendly, and possessed a wealth of knowledge in his field. They showed up quickly and completed the job lightning fast. Everything works great now. He replaced a part, and when that didn't fix the problem, investigated further. When the root cause was found he tried the original part to make sure that it was actually faulty. Can you say that about any other mechanic you've ever encountered? A trustworthy service that I highly recommend.

Nomad RV saved my trip. I broke a cable on my slide out and called them at 8:00AM. They came out a short time later, found somewhere that had the parts in stock, and got me fixed up by early afternoon. I paid a reasonable price for the timely response and the amount of work that was required. If you find yourself with an RV service issue I highly recommend Nomad RV.

They are great. If I need work done and I'm in the area I will definitely go to them. Couldn't get all the work done because the factory didn't have the parts I needed. And I couldn't wait that long to get them.

Was a little shocked on fee. Husband tried to explain the problem but he wouldn't listen he kept saying it's just the batteries and left! Got all new batteries which we knew it needed but also the inverter but Jay wasn't listening to what my husband was explaining. Guess what it still has problems!! Will call back Monday and try to explain how our rv operates. They aren't all the same hope he will listen and try again. If all goes well then I will apologize on here and renew my review.

I contacted this business with a request for service. They did not return my call. I had to leave the area with my issue unresolved.
