Charles was very down to earth. He's the type of gentleman who seems to do business with a smile and a handshake. I went up to test drive a vehicle, he was able to work with my crazy schedule and fit me in. We stood around for about 10 minutes just talking cars and the economy. Great experience. Charles is one he'll of a guy and small dealership. He is what he says he is. Fair, detailed oriented and everything is black and white.
