Exactly what I love about being a truck driver! Great food, perfect portions and friendly staff. Jamie was great from greeting to exit. I had the flat iron steak breakfast and enjoyed every bite.

Stopped In today on Fathers Day. The place was very busy and we were seated quickly. We had a young waiter guessing. 17-19 years old. He definitely knew what he was doing. Took our order with out writing anything down and handled it like a pro. He was running circles to at least 7-8 more tables. Never missing a thing. My son 15 ordered biscuits and Gravy. I ordered the omelette Southern style. With crisp hash browns and home made bread. Our order came out fast and our waiter filled our drinks. I trued my sons gravy it tasted really good. My omelet was perfect and the hash browns could have not been more perfect. The home made white bread was very similar to sour dough. Water still taking care of 6-7 tables and seated people as they came in.

The food was good and the service was better.

Yes I did tip my water well.

As I left I went to counter and told the owner/manager. That his staff was amazing. Breakfast was very good

My mom and I love going here for lunch. Today we enjoyed blackberry crisp with ice cream and it was DELICIOUS! The service is always 5 star!

Wow! This was a tasty meal. My wife had the Mexican omelette and I had the half pound Angus burger. Both winners! Would recommend!

We stopped for gasoline and noticed the restaurant. When I walked in, the food smelled great! The food and service was excellent.

I love the food here and the workers are friendly. We always visit once a year! We stop on our way from Minnesota to St Louis.

Stopped in for the Sunday breakfast buffet. The food was good, but it was the energy of the waitress that earned the fifth star

Stopped by Saturday afternoon with some friends on the way to the lake, had such a good experience. Food was amazing. Staff is so friendly and personable small town everyone knows everyone thing. I had the tenderloin sandwich 10/10 perfect. Shared some laughs with our waitress she was great. Can't remember waitress name Mary maybe?

Absolutely wonderful place! My daughter & I stopped in on our way back to Iowa & I'm so glad we did! Everyone was so nice (literally everyone from the staff to the customers) & the breakfast buffet was delicious!!! Amazing biscuits & gravy, perfect donuts🍩 and 🥓 bacon, win all around. The waitress even watched my daughter for me while I went to the buffet.🥰 To top it off they gave me my meal on the house, which was such a sweet Mother's Day gift! I will definitely make it a point to stop here anytime I go to St Louis ♥

Great Food, wonderful staff, really a great place to stop and eat. We had a wonderful breakfast so good, everyone was quietly eating in our group of 9!

Good food. Reasonably priced. The menu has a surprising amount to offer. I'd recommend it if you're in the area. On my visit we had the patty melt and pork tenderloin sandwich. Due to local health code regulations, burgers are only served well done. That said, the patty melt was still pretty good. Steaks can still be cooked to whatever temp you prefer though. Pork tenderloin sandwich was HUGE! Well worth the money. I didnt get a chance to try the pies but they looked good in the fridge. Service was very friendly.

Surprised by this gem of a place. Showed up 30mins before closing and they all had a pep to their step. Salads are fresh, large, filling, and worth the trip. Love the fact dressing is to the side. Fried chicken and steak were done right and Breakfast is also worth the trip, large amounts of eggs, done the way you ask. I am picky, my scrambles soft was on the mark. Pancakes were great tasty and great. Just have to ask for your hashbrowns to be crispy if that is your thing.

My husband & I went here for our anniversary last month.
We both had the DELICIOUS prime rib, baked potato, and salad. The food was great, the service was wonderfull! The apple pie was good but could've been better. We look forward to going back very soon!
