The staff is very helpful and friendly. I have had all of my banking tasks handled in a proficient way. I would recommend this bank to anyone who wants a little more of a personal touch when dealing with a bank.

Love the gals that work the windows inside and drive-thru! Always friendly and helpful!

Small town bank.

The employees are 5 stars (for trying to be helpful and cordial) but the bank system is 0 stars, way outdated and the entire experience of doing any bank service here is generally 100× slower and more difficult than any other bank I use. I am a pretty tech saavy person in my 20s, I get locked out of my account on the app constantly so end up calling to check my balance over the phone. That really sucks. And good luck using your card if you leave your state or christian county even. I keep an account there mostly for nostalgia purposes at this point (and free kettle corn when they give it out) because it was my first account set up when I was 12ish in my hometown. But I do not recommend

Went to the bank to get money out of the ATM. My child 4 years old needed to go to the restroom. They said she couldn’t use it and to go to Casey’s. Well needless to say Will not bank there anymore. Thanks!

Debit cards being turned off during vacation, employees extremely difficult to work with, second class customer service. Definitely not a bank to depend upon.

Turned off access to my debit card online and at the ATM for no reason. Had to go in personally to fix their mix-up.
