This group of people go above and beyond to help with my family’s medicine needs. Reminders for refills, texts when completed and text if there’s a hiccup with a refill etc. I appreciate their service...

Always fast and friendly service.

I was looking for a 23 and me test. Didn't have the test , they service was great, he took the time to look on the shelf for me instead of me going in.

The people they have checking out prescriptions need a lesson in kindness and customer service!! I can understand everyone has an occasional bad day… but EVERY time I get my medicine, they are rude!! Also it’s cold and flu season, if you want me to touch your pen pad, then sit some hand sanitizer out or maybe wipe the area down!! I’ve asked random people how they’ve been treated there , and everyone says the same thing!! The sad thing is they are treating seniors th is way, which is appalling!!

They filled the meds fine... However when I finished shopping and went to check out up front, the cashiers didn't ring up all my meds that were in the bag (not the pharmacy fault, I know) when they noticed it, they called me and tried to act like I didn't even try to check out, and then made me put a card # in my file so if it happened again they could run it. Needless to say, I don't use Macon's pharmacy anymore, unless I have ask them questions while in the store. I don't like people acting like I'm a thief, when they could clearly tell I took the meds to the register and then told me they have this issue a lot!

Had an order sent in to them and was never contacted about it tried calling in was put on hold and nobody ever picked up again tried calling a second time amd had the same response literally drove there while on hold and they claimed I wasn't on hold with them. Still trying to get my order filled at this point and have been waiting in store for almost another half an hour.

If I get my meds today in a timely manner I'd raise it.
