Pediatrics are always so nice and helpful, the doctors are great and labs are good with the kids, great care. They were recommended to me and I've used them for 4 years and def recommend!

I have gone here since I was born. I know there's been a lot of negative comments about this facility and the staff... But you've got to realize they're treating us and diagnosing us to the best of their abilities sometimes a doctor or nurse wont know everything. This place has been good to me and my family, and they continue to do so.

Been bringing my son to fmg since he was born back in 2014 it was better back then.. now not so much.. the wait is too long you wait almost two hours to see you doctor just for a med refill it’s ridiculous and it gets worse every time and the the rooms are dirty.

My husband and I had a terrible experience at Ferguson Urgent Care in Sikeston. Before, I divulge the details of our experience the last two days, I'd like to preface with my other experience about two months ago back in February. A co-worker had his finger smashed while on the job and I drove him to Urgent Care. He had an x-ray, was administered a tetanus vaccine and was also prescribed antibiotics, and pain meds.

My husband smashed his finger yesterday, May 14th. A very similar injury to that of my coworkers. He was x-rayed and also received a prescription for antibiotics. A red flag went up in my mind that his vaccination history was not addressed, as it has been a very long time since he had a tetanus shot and when asked how much pain he was in on a 1-10 scale he rated it a 10 and yet we did not get a prescription for any type of pain medication, but we went home anyway. That night, my husband was in excruciating pain and was up and down all night. Ice and ibuprofen did little to combat the inflammation or pain. I called Urgent Care the next morning, today, May 15th, and was told that the Physician's Assitant we had see was not authorized to prescribe pain medication. I asked if we came back could he see a doctor who could and was told yes. We arrived and payment was collected. When my husband was called back, he did not see the doctor and was told that the doctor could not prescribe pain medication through Urgent Care. After I was told on the phone he could and also knowing my co worker had been prescribed pain meds through the same office.

The only difference: My coworker had insurance and my husband and I were self pay. I feel we were profiled by the staff and discriminated against on the sole fact that we did not have insurance.

I train horses for a living and have dealt extensively with equine injuries. Horses that have sustained injuries equivalent to that of my husband's, receive pain medications, a tetanus booster regardless of when their last one was administered, antibiotics and the type of care and compassion you can expect from anyone practicing medicine in the veterinarian field. Unfortunately, animals receive better medical attention than humans do at Ferguson Medical.

Due to our religious and philosophical beliefs...

Dr. Kevin Blanton has denied our children medical services after diagnosing our son with a life threatening disorder.
Certified letters were mailed informing us that Ferguson Medical Group and Dr. Blanton himself would no longer offer medical assistance for both our children... even if it's a life threatening emergency.
The facility is incredibly nasty, filthy, trash on floors, dog collar was found on the floor of one room.
We didn't want to take our children to Ferguson from the beginning anyway but felt it was in our sons best interest at the time.
Very rude and unprofessional staff as well. I filmed our encounters to protect my family... I'm glad I did!

Refused to be seen because I have been tested for Covid. Not positive, just tested. Those weren't even my symptoms. I needed to be seen for gout. My whole foot is swollen. They need to re-read hypocratic oath. They need to quit choosing who they want to see. Y'all know the job description. If your scared get a new profession

Never in my life have I seen such unprofessionalim. My wife made an appointment one week ago with Dr Horton. We had all of her medical records faxed from Orlando. For 2 months my wife has been in excruciating pain and we finally felt relief when got an appointment with a Neuro. After waiting an hour in the back room Dr Horton decides to show herself. . with my wife's records in her hand she acted confused and said "I don't know what you want me to do for you" WHAT?! You're a neurologist my wife has MS! She then has her nurse give us a print out to the MS society. Are you kidding me? What a joke! Now we're at the ER in cape hoping to get my wife some relief. Sikeston medical anything are freaking amateurs!

Dr Bryant prescribed medication on Saturday on Labor Day weekend. And didn’t bother to call them in. All they’re worry about is getting paid.
