Bethel Baptist Church

Been goin for a few months, I’ve enjoyed my time there. It’s more like what churches were before the large Faith churches came along.
Bible based and everyone is so friendly. I’m very happy there. If you like the flashing lights and stage performances, this is not the place you would like. I’d suggest to anyone, go see for yourself. It’s Bible based.

This is a great fundamental independent baptist church led by Pastor Matthew Waterhouse. The church preaches the Bible as it should be and still sings worship from a hymn book. This is not a watered down gospel, but one that warns the world of eternal damnation without belief in the sacrificial atonement of Jesus Christ, that denounces sin, and challenges the congregation to grow as believers under God’s tender grace.

I love this Church. They treat everyone that walks through the door with love. The pastor loves the Lord and shows it in his message. Him and his family will be there for you when ever you they can. My Church family has said many a prayer for me and been there for me many times. I'm proud to be a member of this Church.

Visited from out of town on 4/28/2019. Solid preaching from the Word of God. Great Sunday School lesson and then fantastic preaching. I was surprised how welcoming everyone was and felt right at home. If I lived in the Jeff Co/STL area my family and I would attend here.

I've been visiting this church for about a year now,my Husband longer and more often then me because I work most Sundays and Wednesday's. The preaching is great and the fellowship is top notch.I recommend it to anyone looking for a Church family.

The ABSOLUTE all American real and honest teaching of the doctrine I have ever been blessed with! I Recommend this church and church family to everyone I know and don't know. I want to shout it from the roof top!This is the most amazing place to go and hear the teachings of the Lord. Anyone not attending, has a passion for Christ, don't know Christ, maybe just plain curious, young, old and everyone in between is sure to walk away "infected" or possibly like me "addicted" to learning more! It is more than worth it to go out of the way to witness the biggest BLAZZIN'! FIRE! for Christ in 20 counties! O! Yeah! It IS!! that AWESOME!!! and powerful!! There are no words big enough to describe the love that Radiates through the walls of Bethel Baptist Church! Great place to be! "Fired up for God!"

I love this church I found it last 4th of July and have been happy with the energy and message I have been given and the family.It's a great church and message. I know I'm in the right place with this one
