I live in Ohio 8.5 hours away and someone from your business hacked my PayPal account. Changed my address and phone number to your location. Thankfully I was able to catch it in time before any personal damage was done. I dont recall the birthday they changed it to but they were born in 1977, so maybe be ware of your employees intentions.

Where did the great customer service go? Sent me a bait caster when I ordered a spinning reel. Packing slip clearly states Ardent Bolt 1000 spinning reel. Box contained an Ardent Avid tournament bait caster. Called the custom service number told me they wouldn’t overnight the order they screwed up. Lady at the front desk transferred me to the sales manager knowing they weren’t at their desk. Called back again and asked her why on earth she would do such a thing. Now I have to waste more of time sending a reel back that I didn’t order. Absolutely will never order anything from them again.
